So, going to be honest here, I don't like places that lie to you as soon as you walk in the door.
I was told they took va coverage - which turned out to be a lie and received a large bill for basically no care other than a few shots and some med refills. Mind, they promised testing for this, that, and the other and nothing has come of it for nearly half a year now I think. This also shouldn't discount constant hold times of over an hour on the phone, for what ever reason they simply don't like to answer the phone. Also, it should be of note they try to make patients sign a waiver saying they won't sue the practice for any mistakes/faults/malpractice. So it's very important to look over that paperwork before you sign any of it.
So, over all the clinic and how it's running it's operations is rather shady and suspect, especially from an ethical stand point.

Had a great experience to start with but then when I scheduled my last physical they billed me wrong.
They billed it as a regular appointment told me it was because I asked about my blood pressure.
I did not ask she asked me and I answered. I felt totally taken advantage of. Then they dismissed me as a patient . Not appropriate

I am so very grateful for this new office that a friend told me about. We cannot travel from Cave Spring right now, and my son needed care. He was diagnosed with flu-a and is finally improving after 2 weeks. In addition, this office provides nutrition drinks, botox, weight loss consultations, and more! I will be visiting for hormone replacement therapy soon. Staff are so kind!

I had my first visit with Dr.Karen Thompson last week and it was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a doctors office. The front staff was very welcoming and helpful. The MA was great, phlebotomist did an amazing job. Lastly Dr.Karen Thompson truly listened to every problem I explained to her that was going on, she did not judge me for anything and took everything I was saying seriously. She explained all the different options I had and is going above and beyond to help get to the bottom of my health needs. I would recommend this office to any and everyone.
