Dr. Rawlins and his staff are amazing! I brought my son in for a consultation with Dr. Rawlins as well as another local Orthodontist. I have always believed that two opinions are helpful in finding the right treatment plan and my son had several issues with his teeth which made his case a bit challenging. I knew immediately that we would be going with Dr. Rawlins as our provider of Orthodontics. He spent a great deal of time with my son and I at the consultation. His evaluation was so thorough and everything was explained to us in great detail. I felt my son was treated as an individual, not a number. Every visit to the office was always a pleasant experience and something that we looked forward to. Dr. Rawlins and his staff were always happy and friendly and I was always kept informed of every single detail regarding my sons treatment. Dr. Rawlins is truly a gifted Orthodontist as well as a fabulous person!

Both of my sons have been treated by Dr. Rawlins and his wonderful staff. The quality of service and care they have received is excellent. From the onset of our experience working with Dr. Rawlins we felt extremely comfortable in his knowledge and commitment to taking great care of our boys. I am going for Invisalign treatment as an adult, and have been a patient now for six months. From the very beginning, Rawlins Orthodontics has been THE most professional and friendly dental office I have ever been in! The staff is competent, sincere, professional, and interested in you as a patient, yet friendly and easily to access. I feel well cared for when I am there, like I am with family. Dr. Rawlins is thorough in his examination, explaining each step of the process. He makes sure I am comfortable with what he is doing, and he takes the time to explain and show me how the Invisalign procedure will improve the structure and arrangement of my teeth through the end of the correction. He takes each of my questions seriously, and his chair-side manner is stellar. The computer graphics and state-of-the-art equipment are amazing, and very reassuring. I could not recommend an orthodontist and staff any higher than Rawlins Orthodontics!

The process of getting braces is a little nerve wracking for the parents but even more so for the kids. 'What kinds of things am I going to have to have shoved into my mouth?' 'Is it going to hurt?' 'Do I have to get a shot?'. Those are all questions my daughter asked when we started this process. I never had braces so I could not answer, but when we went to Dr. Rawlins (who was recommended to us by our dentist), all of those questions were answered. My daughter was reassured that they have NO NEEDLES anywhere in their office. They explain what the instruments are and what they do before they perform any procedure. Every single person there is friendly, knowledgeable and SO comforting to the kids. I hear them asking the kids questions about school, how their summer is going, and they really care. They don't make the kids feel dumb or self conscious, most of them have been right there in their shoes and remember what it was like to have braces. The office also has a cool rewards card that the kids get just for keeping up with appointments, brushing their teeth and participating in super fun activities. They get to pick from a huge selection of gift cards when they have enough points!! They are very flexible with scheduling and even when I have had to change the appointment dates they are very understanding. I seriously cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rawlins and his amazing staff! They are great!!!!!
