WARNING...DO NOT GO TO THIS DR Ramirez....Im waiting 3 WEEKS to get my prescription refilled...a Simple Prescription that is keeping me alive...Forget about the front desk crew....nobody knows what theyre doing...no call backs...no follow ups. This dr also body shamed me for a good 5 minutes right infront of his nurse because i didnt want to be weighed...im petite and had cancer and sometimes when i go on the scale the low number bothers me...but he kept going on and on and on and on about getting on the scale....He a JOKE...find another practice ...he shouldnt be a dr

Needs To Come Into The 21st Century
Dr. Ramierez is a caring doctor. However, that said he and his staff do not know how to manage their customers time. My last two visits I saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes. But it took over two hours for him to enter the waiting room. My last visit he asked me for my blood test. The next day I asked for his email or the office email and was told that they don't have an email. Ok, they gave me the fax number and I've tried 6 times and the Dr,'s fax won't answer. Called them back and they were clueless as to what the problem was. Right now I have only snail mail left to get my blood test to the dr. Please Dr. come into the 21st century. I get more stress and a higher blood pressure from dealing with his staff than I do from the actual illness.

Just moved to Cape Coral Florida so I was trying to meet this doctor but apparently you have to make an appointment so that the insurance gets billed in order to meet the doctor. I've been in the medical for 30 years and that's sad that the doctor has to be paid first
