Dustin is truly the best physical therapist. He is a true gem.
His location is easy to access, it's easy to get in touch with him, and he has genuinely been there for me from the very beginning of my most recent knee injury. He is an amazing PT and even greater person as he is super personable. A great person to have in your corner and I greatly appreciate everything he has helped me with. I hurt myself right before my final season as an NBA dancer and was anxious I would never get back to where I was before injury, but honestly - I might be better, due to the fact that I have learned more mindful tips of how to commit to my overall well-being and how I need to shift my mindset to what my body needs as a professional dancer and as an overall active human for the rest of my life. He helped me understand my diagnosis and how to handle it. I danced the entire year and don't have the knee pain I was so worried about having forever. Dustin helped me become more in tune with how I was feeling and taught me how to learn when to pump the brakes or press the gas on my recovery! I feel more knowledgeable and on top of my bodily health. When first visiting Dustin, there were many things about my body that I didn't know/even think about - I love to learn and be enlightened - and I feel like Dustin is truly someone who actually helps you learn yourself and how your body works, while also helping you where you are and actually helping you whether you're able to come for in person appointments or not. If you need a PT, what are you waiting for?! He is the BEST!

Reach Physical Therapy has been a great partner in helping me with a frozen shoulder issue. Dustin is so knowledgeable and he provides great one on one support in our therapy sessions along with exercises on an app to take home. I love that his goal was not to keep me coming back for multiple visits but to ensure that I had the exercises and tools I needed to heal on my own. He is always available for questions or if I felt I needed more support. It's wonderful to find someone who has a genuine regard for providing care that meets people's needs. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dustin and Reach Therapy. He was incredibly helpful to me supporting me with an arm and shoulder issue from over-use. Dustin differentiates himself from other PT providers by acknowledging and treating the issue, without making me feel like I was dependent on having to come in for office appointments weekly for the rest of my life! He gave me the tools to treat the issue while it flared up and then a maintenance program for me to stay with things at home. I greatly appreciate the value he places on people having busy lives and working within my schedule!

My son saw Dustin for rehab after shoulder surgery during his senior year of high school. Dustin was able to provide him with an incredible rehab plan aimed at returning to competitive play, but was also able to provide encouragement and motivation geared for a high school athlete. My son is stronger now than before the surgery and was able to move on to play for a D1 football program. We truly appreciate Dustin’s progressive, functional based rehab plan and his knowledge and understanding of what it takes to get back to such a high level of competitive sports. In a nutshell…he’s an awesome PT!

Highly recommend Dustin and Reach PT. I have been to many PTs before and Dustin has calibrated my expectations much higher. First, I am very confident in his thorough assessments. He also provides very effective exercises and programs. Because all of my time is spent with him, I feel comfortable continuing these on my own. In addition, he has mobile platforms with the program in case you forget. There is an understanding of busy lifestyles and individuals may not be able to come in multiple times a week so you get a lot of impact from each visit. He doesn’t process insurance but provides a super bill and I’ve had no problems submitting for some reimbursement. However, quality of care is worth it!

Dustin is the best! I started working with Dustin 5 years ago when coming back from a stress fracture. His rehab plan got me back me back to running safely and I was able to run a marathon 8 months later.

I still see Dustin for anything that might pop up in my running journey. He is super thorough in diagnosing any ailments and truly cares about his patients. He determines the best route of care based on individual goals. Highly recommend anyone see Dustin that is looking for a PT!

This review has been long overdue! That's 100% my fault, and due to my crazy schedule. But I couldn't allow another day to pass by without sharing my thoughts on this practice!

If I can think of one word to describe Dustin Lee and Reach Physical Therapy (PT), it would be AMAZING!!! But using only one word to describe my experience would be both a disservice and a blatant injustice to that practice.

I've been having severe back and neck problems since mid-2016 but able to mitigate some of my pain with routine chiropractor visits. Since 2000, I've moved from Gwinnett County (where I received my initial chiropractor treatments) to Cobb but haven't been able to find a chiropractor that could address most\some of my underlying issues. To make a long story short, I started going to an Orthopedic, which recommended my first steps be to visit a physical therapist. I checked online for a therapist in my area. There were many, but one practice stood out. The reviews and sentiments expressed from past and existing patients were truly heartfelt. After receiving treatment at Reach PT, I now understood why!

Dustin Lee not only loves what he does, he goes above and beyond to make sure he addresses your specific issue to get you to the quality of life you desire!! From the initial consultation and questions asked, I knew I was at the right place. Justin structured all treatments based on my individual situation. And just to let you know, you WILL NOT receive a "canned" or "out-of-box" treatment!! He makes sure you have what's needed after each visit to get you on the right track. Dustin is very attentive and caring. That's the message you'll gather from other reviews online, and believe me, IT'S TRUE!!! Without a doubt, Dustin is one of the best medical professionals I've visited!! He makes you feel like you're family. He's a great listener, which is key to get you to a better place!! Earlier I said that it would be an injustice to use one word to describe Dustin and Reach PT practice - I meant that. Dustin is also caring and compassionate, detailed, professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, thorough, down-to-earth, relatable, trustworthy, dependable, and understanding. But his super-strength is getting to know you as a person - not just as a patient. On top of that, he loves his family and is a GREAT all-around person.

I would STRONGLY recommend this practice to anyone requiring a physical therapist in the Greater North- Northwest Area. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! Dustin has a heart of gold (truly) and won't rest 'til he puts together the best plan possible to address your physical need(s). It's all about teamwork and dedication. That is what's needed to get you from point A to B, and Reach PT is best place to assist you in that journey!!
