If you’re a younger person recovering from surgery or any sports injuries, I DO NOT recommend this facility. There is no continuity of care, no one is documenting anything about what exercises you’re doing and progress you are making. The PTA’s are oversaturated with patients to where they can’t remember what your injury is, where you are at in your recovery process and what was previously done during your last visit. Find a better therapy place.

Careful dealing with the owner Gayle. An unbelievable toxic person. Other than that, everyone is GREAT. Think you are allowed to vape inside the building, at least the owner always is. But if that's something you are looking for in a facility, you may want to confirm beforehand.

My daughter was 8 years old and had ligament reconstructive surgery. She was so nervous after surgery that she needed to go through rehabilitation. The staff was so friendly, caring, and all-around amazing....She would actually be excited to go here and was actually sad when she finished ?. Absolutely wonderful staff. Thank you for everythjng!

Edit: since leaving I’ve now been sent a “supercell” for all of my services. I never received a single bill while being treated. I left in December and have t been back. I just got a bill today marked 2/23/24. It’s for nearly 3k. And 2k of that is late fees. How was I to know I owed any money of you don’t bill u til I leave and then tack on months of late fees!? I am launching an investigation into this business. Something feels very off.

While I love a few of the therapists here this place is run really poorly and the owner only cares about making a buck. I’ve waited 2 hours to be seen here before. Consistently. And the water heater in the pool is hardly ever working correctly and they also pour bleach in there. All of my very expensive swimsuits are completely ruined because of their pool. They also pay their therapists really terribly and force them to work 10+ hour days and the insurance they provide to them they don’t even except. When one of my therapists was hurt they wouldn’t even care for her. Absolutely horrendous. If I had another option I’d use it. When I brought these concerns to the owner she wouldn’t even look at me. Just kept typing on her computer and IGNORED me mostly. I hate it here.

Tari at Realhab Physical Therapy performed the most thorough and comprehensive assessment I have ever had, and I've had my share of injuries. In the first visit she had me feeling better than I have in a month. The facility is clean and everyone is friendly. it is also appears they have every machine and modality needed to get the patients feeling the best they can as fast as possible. My only wish is that I found Tari and Realhab Physical Therapy earlier to begin repairing old and current injuries.

There is a lack of maintenance with two out of 3 treadmills in the pool area, and one balance machine in the exercise area.

Excellent staff all around. From the office staff (Donna) to each of the highly trained and patient therapists (Kelsey, Jeff, Steve and Matt). Gayle is a fantastic leader and shows genuine concern for all. The facility is clean and the equipment is state of the art. I would highly recommend Realhab! Thank you for helping me fully recover!
