If you are looking for a friendly, welcoming chiropractic office, Refine is your place! Both Dr. Mays and his chiropractic assistant, Carly, have been so kind and helpful to me in both of my visits so far. I have left both times feeling much better and incredibly thankful for their care. On top of helping with my back issues, they have been so great with my baby. I had to bring my 5 month old daughter (who hates her car seat) with me to both appointments, and they were SO good with her! At my first visit after my daughter started crying in her car seat, Carly held her for nearly my entire visit during therapy and my adjustment. At my second visit during therapy, Dr. Mays got ON THE FLOOR and played Mickey Mouse on his phone to entertain my daughter when she started to get fussy. I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for their kindness to both me and my baby. 100,000,000/5 ⭐️

Dr Mays is awesome!! He and his staff make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. Appointments are easy to get and you are seen promptly when you arrive. Dr Mays listens to me, which is very important.

I've been seeing Dr. Colby for almost a year now. I moved here, and its hard to find new doctors/dentist/chiro like the ones I left. I had my last chiropractor for 17 years. I couldn't be more pleased with Dr. Colby. He always asks about any new issues I'm having and makes those adjustments. But, more important to me is that he continuously rechecking my alignment from head to toe and makes adjustments on every visit. By maintaining an every 3-4 week maintenance appointment I haven't had any big issues just minor tweaks. I highly recommend Dr. Colby and his office staff.
