Dr. Gusching and the entire Reflections staff was absolutely phenomenal throughout my entire procedure! Being very transparent about the costs and what to expect from the get go was a breath of fresh air. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly as well and made me feel so comfortable. It has been a few years since my surgery and my scars have healed PERFECTLY! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Gusching enough and I will be continuing to use Reflections for their services!

I would give 10 stars if I had the option. I cannot say enough praises to Dr. Gusching and his staff! Heather made my surgery process so much smoother with my nerves and was so pleasant the entire time! Sydney and the rest of the staff are patient and amazing from the time you walk in until you leave. So incredibly pleased and estatic with Dr. Gusching’s work! Truthfully words can’t fully detail how wonderful Dr. Guschings and his Reflections staff have been through my entire experience. I am a week and 2 days post op from a mommy make over, but from scheduling my consultation date (via text which is also awesome!) to feeling extremely comfortable at every visit, I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Gusching and his staff made sure that I was well informed and answered even my silliest questions without batting an eye. I am currently 1 week post op from my mommy make over, and I’m already so thrilled with my results, and cannot wait to see what the next few months will reveal.

The procedure could have been very uncomfortable, but Dr. Gusching and his assistants made it as tolerable as possible by joking and giving me a heads up as to what to expect. I look forward to seeing the results. I would recommend this practice to everyone.

I feel blessed to have such a beautiful and skilled cosmetic surgery center near me in Cartersville, Ga. From the first time I entered the beautiful building, to every interaction I had with each employee, my customer expectations were met or exceeded! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable throughout each stage of the process. Speaking as a medical professional myself, Dr. Gusching is extremely personable and his care far exceeded my expectations. He is competent and caring about me as a person, as well as my continued recovery. He even called to check on me the night of my surgery and the day after.
