If I could give this review a "negative star rating", I would. This is the worst hospital experience I've ever had. I could tell that one of the staff members was at witts end. This member look to be ran down and frustrated. I've been around a lot of employees of various companies and it's clear as day that these folks are severely under paid and burnt out. I can't imagine what would happened if malpractice and/or negligence was perform due to low morale. I would sue them for every dime that I could.

Although, this particular staff member was very helpful and very nice, you could tell that the employee was putting on a fake smile for me. This staff member was not at all happy with their job. If this staff member is reading this, LEAVE THIS HOSPITAL NOW!! Go and work for Winn Med in Decorah or even Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I hear that they pay much better and you're not overworked. Life is too short to be miserable. Good luck to you.

I found out I had an abscess today between my legs. It was infected and very painful. I currently live in Le Roy, MN. Regional Health Services of Howard County was the closest hospital to me. I can tell you that the staff and Doctors where fantastic. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. The Doctors were very educational and took the time to explain to me what was going on. I highly recommend Regional Health Services of Howard County. I haven't been admitted to many hospitals, though I visited with other friends and family. Regional Health Services of Howard County is tops. Thank you!

We almost lost our dad twice, his chances of pulling through were slim. The whole staff was so compassionate as well as the nurses and doctors! They were excellent at explaining what was going on so we could understand. I just can’t say enough about them all💞 my dad is doing great, bless to the ones that help!

Regional Health Services of Howard County saved my life! I was very sick with Cellulitis. Dr. Courtney, Jeremy Waldo, and Dr. Jensen came to my rescue and got me on the path of healing and recovery. They connected me with Dr. Pepito, a specialist, to ensure their plan was the best! The lab techs, nurses, and Reed, the pharmacist are rockstars in the medical field. Cresco is where to go if you are sick and need someone who truly cares about you! I can't thank you enough!!!

We had to take my 3 year old son in today for stitches after he gashed his head open while we were in town visiting. The staff were all great with the process, had good attitudes, and dealt with our young child as best as we could hope for. To get in, get 5 stitches, and get out was a total of 45 minutes. Unfortunately I don’t remember the nurses name or the Physician’s name, but they did great and we’re thankful for the service!

If you go in for a broken ankle, Doctor will put you in a neck brace, crutches and back brace. They will run unnecessary tests and labs on you. Then they will bill your insurance company for all of that & convince you that you need to come back for more. They’re Fake Doctors, can’t convince me otherwise.

I have had superb care at the Pain Clinic here and their Same-day services in the hospital. Each time the entire staff has been very knowledgeable and given great care.

It's been a year ago finally can tell my story I had a mental break down and was brought here first because I had a fight with my ex the labeled me violent then dr Chad Rasmussen told me I couldn't leave the room I was on a court hold had no idea what that was so I chose to leave and when I tried to leave he pushed me to the ground and across the room then the labeled me violent instead of calling me by my name they called me the mental patient and I was suicidal and they left me alone alot of the time and when I told my therapist all this she ended up reporting this to the ceo of the hospital who did nothing wouldn't call me back after investigating it that's how I know they know it's true dr Chad Rasmussen should of been charged for assault or at least fired he is the worst dr I've ever had never checked on me so I don't recommend anyone to go here not even for an emergency go to decorah
