For years, I have had issues with my hip, which also led to back and knee pain. I’d seen three physical therapists, and two chiropractors, and all they succeeded in doing was taking my money. As a result of this, I didn’t have very high expectations about Rehab Lab, but, after a week of constant back pain, I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made.
My therapist, Heidi, is fantastic! She is so friendly and put me at ease right away. She listened to everything I said, and knew exactly what to do. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and doesn’t try to bully me or make me push myself before I’m ready. Not only am I now practically pain free, I am actually improving my strength and fitness as a result of the work she does. I had never heard of dry-needling before this, and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was willing to give it a try since nothing else had worked. It can certainly be uncomfortable, but the results are incredible! My hip is vastly improved, as are my knee and back. In fact, once I saw the benefits of the needling, I asked Heidi to work on my traps, arms and shoulders - areas where I’d had issues in the past - and now those areas are better than they have been in years, no, decades!
I really didn’t think I would see or feel this much improvement, especially now that I’m in my mid-50’s. I haven’t even had to take a single Aleve since I started this therapy, and I was taking them at least once a week. Quite simply, Heidi has changed my life. I absolutely recommend Rehab Lab.
