I have only ever received excellent service at this location. The staff are welcoming, eager to answer any questions regarding billing and anything associated with my treatment. And most of all, I have the best dental hygienist, Simone. She clearly loves her work and cares about her clients. She has made my gums healthier and my smile brighter. I highly recommend.

Today was my first appointment and it went great! The Dental Assistant, Shimeco, was very nice, kind, accommodating, and personable. She made me feel comfortable and even got me a blanket! Dr. Chong answered all my questions, which I appreciated. And Miya did my cleaning. She was good, nice, and fast. Everyone at the front desk was friendly too. Overall I left with a really good impression and I’m glad I found this place!

Let me start by saying, going to the dentist is always terrifying to me!
Once I walked into the office I was greeted by name...after that I felt at ease. Everyone was so professional, caring, and attentive to my care!
I was offered a blanket, given sunglasses to protect my eyes from the bright lights.
My dental hygienist gave me the most through exam and cleaning that I have ever had!
The dentist was very professional and caring. She addressed my needs, made recommendations and came up with a plan of care!
Let me say, it was the best experience that I have ever had at a dental office!!!

This was my first visit and from just walking in the door and being greeted by Alberta I knew I was in the right spot. Staff was wonderful and made a scaredy-cat like myself feel comfortable. Miya was amazing and relaxed me and was very informative as she tended to me. Dr. Chung came in and explained my exams and follow up program. Gave great referrals. Definitely have found a dental home for my journey to a better and healthier smile. Thanks ladies.

This was my first visit to the facility. The staff was very courteous and professional. I was pleased with the detailed checkup and efforts to create a baseline for my dental health. Both RDH (Myia) and the doctor (Dr Patel) were thorough in their work and took the time to explain and let me ask questions. Highly recommend this location

Reich Dental are Awesome went in for a cleaning. The staff is amazing front desk Ty love her and Alberta was terrific. Mia was my dental hygienist and she was Amazing,, Excellent, took very good care of Me. I have searched all over and finally found a dental office that I truly love and the best part they're not overpriced.

I had a very pleasant experience at Reich Dental. From the moment I walked in Alberta made me laugh and feel comfortable. The appointment got even better after meeting Miya and Dr Chong. They both were very kind and patient with me. Miya made sure that I was comfortable during the entire appointment. Nice clean office. Professional staff.

I scheduled my first visit for the next day and decided to take the 7:00 visit. My tech Myia was ready for me and explained every step. They have state of the art equipment and everything went quickly and smoothly. I was able to look at my X-ray and discuss what was found. The Doctor came right in , without a wait, . We discussed the issues and options available to me. Since my schedule was open, I had the option to get my cleaning done and start on some other work that I needed done. Granted it’s been a while since I’ve been able to go to dentist, But this is the first time that I was given the option to start working on my teeth and a cleaning on my first visit. I felt no pain whatsoever, as a matter of fact, I was so comfortable, I took a nap. I have never slept at the dentist, no matter what I was getting done. I love this office and will refer my family and friends to check them out.
