I had my first visit at Relief Dental, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and at ease. I typically dread getting X-rays, but the hygienist (I believe her name is Ashley) was amazing. She was efficient and took extra care to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process.

After completing the X-rays and gum measurements, they displayed the images on a screen and took the time to walk me through everything. The doctor and Ashley explained key areas to monitor and discussed proactive steps to maintain my oral health. I truly appreciated their integrity—there was no pressure to undergo unnecessary treatments. It was a refreshing experience and I’m so glad I found this place!

Relief Dental is great! The reception attendant is professional , personable, & takes extra to answer any questions asked. The assistant dental technician is warmly professional, while assessing my needs.
Dr. Melvin Washington is exceptional. My broken front tooth was repaired within 2 weeks of my initial visit, making sure it was donet to my satisfaction.

He took great care to answer my concerns at a recent visit. Even though it turned out to be minor & not the problem I thought it might be, he did not brush me off, but took time to discuss my concerns with me.

I love & highly recommend Relief Dental.

I found my new dentist!!! Very professional and personal attention starting at the front desk. Crystal was polite and welcoming. Most of my information had been received digitally. I was given a tour of the facilities and shown into a treatment room. Iris made sure I would be comfortable by offering a neck pillow. She was "hands on" and anticipated what Dr. Washington needed before he asked! Dr. Washington was thorough and detailed in his consult with me. I especially appreciated details of options available to me. During the procedure I was asked several times if I was okay by both Iris and Dr. Washington. I had to have an extraction of one tooth and repair of the adjacent tooth's filling. A temporary bridge is in place now; and I will be returning in a few weeks for the permanent one. I am so grateful for the care and attention I received. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend Relief Dental.
