If I could give them -5 star I would do. I just needed someone to send my medical records to my new obstetrician because the one that they have don’t deliver babies and stops seeing pregnant women at 12weeks. It’s been 21 days that I’m asking them to send it to my obstetrician but either they busy either they lie to me or they closed. They have the worse administration I have ever seen.
Also be aware that you can deal with drunk receptionist or your prescriptions not be send to the pharmacy on time.

Staff is very argumentative because they made appointment plus 2 days before send reminder but when I get there they were closed. Stating in msg they try to call me to reschedule and if they do and if i didn't pick up they cannot leave voice mail? Also not mention that vitamins that they should send and they not without any explanation and not giving me my results for my blood work that I did 3 months ago. There is a list that i can go on here but they are right I am wrong.
I AM NOT RECOMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. DO NOT GO THERE.

My time at the facility has been incredibly rewarding and educational. I was welcomed warmly by the entire team. Dr. Karen was not only professional and knowledgeable but also expecionally supportive and patient. They took the time to answer my questions, explain procedures, and involve me in various aspects of patient care. Thank you once again for this great opportunity.

I’ve been coming to this practice for years now. And haven’t had a problem till today. Making my appointment was fine, but actually going in and seeing the doctor was the issue. They have no issue reminding you that you are self-pay so if you are self-pay, they’re going to treat you how they want. I pay $75 to go see a doctor and wasn’t even able to see the doctor.. came in the room call me a different last name. Told me to come to the front because they had everything all together my prescription and everything without even seeing a doctor! Doctor McDuffie would have never let that happen . Spend your money elsewhere‼️‼️
Ps: in excruciating pain, and still didn’t put my prescription in..

I, too, was extremely annoyed with the fact that my appointment was for 11:45 a.m., yet I was not seen until about an hour and fifteen minutes later. Like the other reviewer said, my time is valuable, and I do not appreciate having to wait that length of time to be seen. To qualify my review, this was my first appointment, so I expected the staff to spend some time with me. However, I sent ALL of my information over prior to my visit, including some of my medical records. I will try this practice one more time, and if I am made to wait for an exceptional amount of time again, I will find a new practice. The other reviewer said it perfectly--if I were and hour and fifteen minutes late, would the staff have waited on me? Otherwise, I was pleased with the quality of care that I received from Angela Bolger.

I am not sure where Deandra McDuffie is practicing at but the Dr. they have now, Mrs. Tammy is the worst. Not personal at all, i know what i need after years of the same reoccurring problem but she refused to accommodate me, i will find another Family Dr. for my family and myself.
