Highly recommending Renewed Performance for PT work, including dry needling. I have made much more progress (in a limited amount of time) with both a recent shoulder injury and an ongoing sore back issue. The targeted hands on PT, exercises and stretches have not only helped me reduce my pain but literally have helped me get back in the saddle much earlier than expected. Dr Tag was great!!
