I am so grateful for the incredible team at Resolute! I've been a patient there for a few years now, and they always come to my rescue whenever I hurt myself (which happens more often than I'd like to admit). Alex has saved the day for me in the past, and now I'm working with Alyssa, who is absolutely fantastic. She knows just how to motivate me and when to give me a break. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful group of physical therapists. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience with any of them at Resolute.

So many wonderful things to say about the practice which has a welcoming team and a clean, open area for treatment. I tore my ACL and saw Alyssa immediately for pre-surgery PT. My doctor wanted me to get the area stronger before surgery and I learned so much from Alyssa. This made post surgery so much easier because I was used to the exercises and truly understood the purpose. Over the course of 6 months Alyssa was able week after week to know when to be gentle and when to encourage me to push past fear. I went through so many emotions during the rehab process but Alyssa has so much experience with this surgery that I could trust her completely. If you’ve been through knee surgery, you know how scary those first “loading” hops can be, but hop by hop she watched carefully and progressed me safely. One of the best things I learned is that even though I’m in my 50s it doesn’t mean I need to hold back on my fitness. In fact she helped me to get to a place where I am lifting weights way higher than my brain could imagine. I’ll never forget the day she said “don’t ever let anyone tell you that as you get older you should limit yourself.” In fact, women over 50 should be jumping to strengthen our bones! This place has saved me on multiple occasions. I don't even live in Colorado but they are right by my brother's house. My back was a hot mess after traveling to see my brother. Desperate, I called Resolute PT and they were so helpful! I got in with Alyssa for some dry needling and it was amazing how much better I felt. The whole team is welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend.

Horrible experience with Alex a PT here. I was a patient referred to this group, had to cancel appointments due to health issues beyond my control. Alex, had little to no empathy, Cancelled as a patient and was rudely told to go somewhere else. Love the compassion here, sad he ruins it for all. Will NOT return, nor advise anyone else to go here. He was rude at every interaction, why I didn't go with my instinct the first time I spoke with him, I don't know. But, true colors always shine through eventually. Thankful I was shown this before I got into care with him.

I am going to try to be nice here but also want to get out my frustrations. So I had spoke to Alex about cancellations that I had and told him why and he said he would waive them for me. This never happened as I was still getting bills. On top of that I feel like I was looked down on and basically called weak. I have a BIG pain tolerance but even still my foot is hurting and hurting bad. It's not just me and I'm not weak. It's not that I'm just not pushing through it. I am putting in all the work but I still hurt SOOOO bad. It's not just a made up thing ~ the pain is real and it's not just in my head. Anyways now I have cancelled all my appointments since I was still getting bills and I still have a lot of healing to do which I still really need physical therapy and now I don't know who to turn too. I really wish Alex would have dropped the bills like he said and I really wish I didn't feel looked down on cuz I hurt.

Update ~ Alex I appreciate you getting back to me and also appreciate the kind words and understanding instead of just coming at me. I don't think your establishment is horrible by any means I guess maybe just not for me. I'm not quite sure what is right now as I am frustrated with my problem and the pain but again thanks for saying you wish me well. I also wish you all well just the same.
