Came for an immune boost infusion to regain my energy and hydration after battling the flu three weeks prior. The IV has loads of vitamins to help your body recover. The staff was great and I was out within an hour. It took about one to two days before I really felt the effects from the immune boost infusion.

Take this as a sign...DO NOT COME HERE!!! Staff is incompetent, consultation prices almost DOUBLED OVERNIGHT from $50 to $90. Find another provider who you can actually communicate with about your health! Had bloodwork drawn. Sent messages and called repeatedly regarding results. Never heard back and called to schedule another appointment. Finally talked to Dr. months later and Dr. V says "your test results were not good!" But no one ever notified me! This process happened repeatedly where staff dropped the ball. Whoever answers cell phone either did not pass messages to staff or staff just ignores calls. Not sure if Dr. V is aware but her staff is costing her big money!!! I was a former CNY patient (DO NOT RECOMMEND) and now I was interested in PRP, hormone therapy and lots of other costly treatments but I'll take my money elsewhere to a valid medical center with competent and caring staff and physicians. I suggest you keep looking, this is not the place for top of the line care! BTW, I am a heathcare provider myself x 20+ years.

I so appreciate Dr. Verdiales. She takes my symptoms seriously and prescribed a number of supplements that have really turned things around for me. I also appreciate that the supplement prices are the same or cheaper than I get them online. The front desk staff has been a little less than helpful at times, but overall great service from most of the staff.

Dr. Verdiales is one of the most divine, genuine, and caring doctor that I know! She has been my doctor since I moved from New York in 2006. Dr. Verdiales treats her patience with the love and respect that they deserve. She is very professional, empathetic, attentive, progressive towards medicine, calm, and hard working. These personal characteristics makes my family and I have our full trust and faith in her! I would honestly recommend anyone to her without a single hesitation.

You work for Dr. Verdiales, I expected you to give her a good review but however if it was genuinely honest you would have done it way before I did since you have been seeing her since 2006?.
I feel I have every right to ask questions about my mom care. What ever transpired between me and Dr. Verdiales should have stayed between us, since you were not present.

I didnt receive the care that i needed my doctor wouldnt even come in the room amd talk to me about what was going she had sent the nurse in there amd she had to leave the room multiple times to go ask my doctor stuff like the WORST place ever !!!!!!
