I have been going to this location for 2 years now. I cannot complain about the excellent medical care offered by its providers, but I will complain about the staff that tends to run reception. Multiple times, I’ve been subject to their uncomfortable conversations regarding their personal problems, and now national issues. Their controversial opinions, that would be better left behind closed doors, create hostile environments for every patient and employee inside the building. No staff member should hear they should be fired over their opinion from a coworker, and no patient should hear that health care isn’t a right. I think it’s important to note that providing medical care to people involves leaving personal opinions at home, no matter here you are at in the clinic. Please address this.

This place is part of the ever name changing Pinnacle, then Lynx, & now Restore Health. I went in for a consultations, spoke with Gigi Lynch, besides having very bad reviews. I tried to be open minded, but that didn't last long. I found Gigi not very personable, & very abrupt. There was a difference of opinions right-a-way. Not only she wanted to change my medication, & prove that I had numerous medical conditions that required pain medicine. She had no beside manners. She seems unhappy about her job, cold, & unemphatic to patients' needs. Very controlling atmosphere. treating pain patients as if they are in a prison vibe. Be warned. I can't recommend this place or her at all. Perhaps the other doctors there are not like her, however, I would not go back there ever. This is just my opinion.

I moved here from the West side of the State where I was being treated for chronic back pain for 12 years. The PA I saw after waiting 5 months for an appointment did not even read my medical records or chart notes. I am 67 years old and I won’t go over everything wrong causing me pain. I will tell you my quality of life is horrible. This PA treated me like I was a drug addict. She had no compassion. Once I fell at my grandsons ball game leaving the bleachers and was in pain.. she asked if there were any witnesses.. Don’t waste your time here. I am looking for another place to go. I have never been treated like this before and so very disappointed.

I was really hoping this was a place I could get some relief. I have advanced RA and live in chronic pain. For some reason the doctor (?) was only focused on my hand that has deformed. This particular doctor did not hear me, and could not have looked at the paperwork they have you fill out each time.
They also ask you to arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment or they won’t see you. I have seen several different doctors between California and Washington, this is the first one with this practice. So if you go plan on it taking quite a while

I had been a patient through three different providers From Lynx healthcare through today, July 7, 2025. The other two providers just were gone and I was reassigned to Bill once it became Restore. I had never lied to Bill. He always seemed to hear me his lab that he used tried to say I had one of the oxycodone in my system When I had not truly used any oxycodone in many years and did not lie to him, he also claimed that my last UA showed no hydrocodone in my system, and I had taken one the night before, but he claimed that he uses a lab that test’s Olympic athletes and how could that be wrong and I said well I do not know how it could be wrong but I know I have not used any of that and I did take a hydrocodone the night before my UA. He dismissed me today because I had in the past gone ran out of my hydrocodone and ran out early and then based on these results, he would not listen to me and ask, how could he do anything Never mind differently? I am a nurse. I have needed pain management for a long time now and have no reason to lie to this man. I’ve never lied to any of the other people that I went to as well and so I am just out any help with multiple medical issues. So today when I went for my appointment, I took a hydrocodone at three this morning and then he didn’t even bother to check my UA. It’s almost like they’re trying to make space for new people. I don’t know what’s going on, but I know I need help and cannot get it with them!

I live with extreme chronic nerve pain 24/7. My pain is overwhelming at times. It even seems to get worse when I least expect it to. Living with chronic pain is in itself a full-time job. you're having to manage the medication, making sure that you don't overdo it. Always do your best to get plenty of rest. But at the same time, living with a disability doesn't mean that your life is all of a sudden over, because it isn't. You have many years remaining, quality time spent with your children or grandchildren. You don't want to miss that. On days when I'm feeling so bad, it just hurts to breathe. I personally don't want to do anything, but die! I know saying that is bad, but I'm not going to lie to you, living in pain sucks, im very sorry for what each of you have to endure, but living in pain is just not fun. But we still want to feel as if our lives have some kind of purpose, a meaning behind all of the pills, doctors' appointments, braces, wheelchairs, and scooters. I personally spent many years going to the UW at their pain clinic. Honestly, all I got out of all of thous years were a pair of leg braces I get renewed bi-yearly. Plus I was a major walking addict, I was so addicted to hard narcotics, I got to the point where I'm a little bit late with my dosages and I was already going into with-draw, so I take more. For close to 9 years, the UW would hand me my medication, knowing full well I was addicted to all of it, yet they would hand me the drugs like a candy story. It wasn't until I started coming to Restore Health that I was able to have a long-term plan where I got off and totally cleaned of all of the bad narcotics. I was put on a different medication that is helping me tremendously. This location and most of the employees are top-notch. If you have had a bad experience, I'm very sorry, but out of experience, I personally think that you owe it to yourself, to go there again and try. If you still have problems then ask to speak with Bill's assistant.
Thank you for reading this short article, I truly hope that it gives you some insight into the world of chronic pain and this Restore Health & pain clinic
