My daughter had truly exceptional experience with Dr. Brown and her entire team. From start to finish, my daughter felt genuinely cared for—not just as a patient, but as a person. So far so good!!
Dr. Brown was excellent at removing a wisdom teeth. It happened so fast, that I did not realize it was completed.
No pain, some swelling on face which is normal.
Offices were modern and team members were very nice. Would recommend for tooth extraction. Thank you all.

I had a tooth extraction and implant done with Dr. Brown at Riverside Oral Surgery. She’s a great oral surgeon, very professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Beware and be sure of payment. I was assured by the treatment coordinator that the payment I was making would be the only payment made and if I would receive a bill to call her. Well, yes I received a bill 7 months after my procedure. I called her as she had told me and I left a message through another staff member, I called her direct line and left a message, and I even sent her an email because she had given me her business card in case they send me a bill to call her. I never heard from her. I called the billing department hoping to have the bill adjusted or set up payments. Luckily, when I called I was told that the bill had been adjusted. I ended up paying the adjustment payment. My health insurance had covered a little bit, not much. Again make sure that you are told the correct amount for payment!

I continue to be in awe of Dr. Margo Freedberg's skills and talent. I've always had a fear of dentists/ oral surgeons from an unpleasant incident as a child, and, that's why I want to acknowledge her and her amazing skills. She sets the tone, shoots straight from the hip ( with lots of humor and zest) and makes you feel heard. During my procedure she was so calming and reassuring, and, shared her approach and what she wants to accomplish and I so appreciate her candor and knowledge. Bravo to her and Riverside Oral for paving the way for how patients and professionals should interact with one another!! Thank you all involved!!!

Very nice doctors and nurses! I came here for wisdom teeth surgery. Dr. Michel Jonathan was amazing and took the time to answer all questions, talked through every option for the surgery, and was extremely patient. The nurses are also extremely sweet and caring and helped me calm down before and feel better after my procedure. If you have to get oral surgery, highly recommend coming here as the staff is amazing and you will feel taken care of.
