My experience was amazing. From the first day til the end , they made me feel like I was at home, understood and that they were there for me all the way. Dr Rob call me the day before the surgery at night time to make sure I was ok , and to answer any questions that I may had. He called me again the day of the surgery in the evening just to make sure I was well. I never felt alone. I highly recommend him to anyone who is afraid of taking the first step into a new you !!!

I underwent revision rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, and a temporal eyebrow lift with Dr. Robb, and I am so happy with the results. This was my first surgery with him, but my fourth rhinoplasty overall, so I knew it would be a more complex procedure with a higher risk of complications. Naturally, I had concerns about the outcome, especially since this wasn’t a primary or even secondary rhinoplasty. However, Dr. Robb was incredibly informative, kind, and never pressured me into making any decisions. I initially visited for non-surgical rhinoplasty (filler), but after watching videos of his patients over the following year, I felt much more confident moving forward with surgery. I was reassured by the transparency shown in his patients’ videos, which gave me a realistic view of the recovery process. I’m also happy to report that I had no complications with my fourth rhinoplasty, and the experience was a breeze, especially since this one was Ultrasonic.

A few months after surgery, I also had Botox for my forehead, eyebrows, and bunny lines, as well as lip filler, done by Dawn—she is the best!

From start to finish, Dr. Robb’s entire staff was fantastic—kind, professional, and supportive. Dr. Robb even provides his personal cell phone number, ensuring he’s directly available to his patients whenever needed. Not only is he a highly skilled surgeon specializing in Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, but he is also compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr. Robb and his entire staff were extremely nice and welcoming. (No, seriously everyone I met) From the consultation to the surgery to the post care- you will get top notch patient care here.
