I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist's office! The staff is knowledgeable and very attentive. It is refreshing to see the staff acknowledge the patients in a professional manner instead of gossiping or playing on their phones. Dr. Bridges is very personable. My procedure was actually painless.
The 3 month wait for my procedure was frustrating but well worth it!! I cannot say enough kind words about this Amazing practice!!!

Love Dr. Bridges and his staff. They are all very friendly and make everyone make you feel welcome. Appointment was at 11am and I was out the door 35 min later.. would definitely recommend his services!!

Update:

Dr. Bridges called me and upheld my appointment. I was told that the extremely short notice was the result of a policy error where new patients were not added to an automated notification list as they should be. I was assured that this issue will be corrected as a result of my experience.

During my visit Dr. Bridges and his staff were kind and respectful, though some of their other policies I was given seem somewhat harsh and inflexible. Overall, I had a good experience despite the bad start.

Scheduled an appointment in the winter, and they were so backed up they couldn't schedule me until February. February finally rolls around, and they call me 4 days before my appointment at 9AM, giving me 5 hours to call back with a verbal confirmation or have my appointment cancelled. As this call came during work hours, I was away from my phone - by the time I was able to check my voicemail, my appointment had already been cancelled and I'd been left an "offer to reschedule." Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Dr Bridges as well as his staff made me feel right at home and most importantly made my pain go away! Dr Pool’s office referred me to Dr Bridges while standing at the checkout window and said come right then! Although his schedule was full, he had no problem working me in as I was in a lot of pain. The staff and Dr Bridges were empathetic towards my situation, they made my experience a very pleasant one, I was in and out in no time and my

Dr Bridges is very professional and friendly. I've gone to Dr Bridges for many years now. He and his staff are very friendly, very courteous and caring. After all the extractions and other procedures he's done on me, he calls in the evening to check on me. That's rare and displays great concern for his patients. The staff was friendly, wait times were minimal and Dr Bridges was very detail oriented. They took several xrays over a three month period and carefully explained what they observed as the healing process for an implant progressed.
