Tengo 7 años llevando a mis hijos aquí, he tenido un par de cosas negativas de las personas que están al frente en recepción. Pero honestamente me gusta el trato que tienen 2 chicas en especial en la parte de atrás no recuerdo su nombre de una pero parece raza hawaiana, ella tiene ya sus años trabajando en esta clínica es muy amable siempre, me hace sentir cómoda a mi y a mis hijos inclusive resolvió un problema más ella que las recepcionistas (cuando esté pertenecía a ellas). Y hoy nos ha atendido una chica llamada Taco es la primera vez que nos toca verla y fue muy dulce, atenta, yo noté su amabilidad pero mi hija fue observadora y me dijo esa chica fue tan linda (y ni siquiera atendió a mi hija si no a mi hijo) Hizo sentir siempre tranquilo a mi hijo, Gracias por eso es muy grato salir así de contentos. La clínica es muy limpia, la Doctora hasta hoy también muy acertada.

Mi Hijo de 5 años no se dejaba hacer el trabajo dental de sus dientes entonces me mandaron con uno cirujano para que lo dormí era y poder hacer el trabajo en su diente pero gracias a Dios encontré Rockville Smile ? súper profesional todo el tiempo se dirigieron a mi hijo le hicieron preguntas y le se empezó a sentir tranquilo y fue sorprendente se dejó hacer el trabajo en sus diente ni lloro después de la anestesia el estuvo súper tranquilo todo bien ? ya muchos doctores lo via intentando y solo lastimaron su diente en otras clínicas pero sin éxito realmente creo q encontré la mejor clínica dental para niños ? recomendados Rockville Smiles

We LOVE Rockville! Everyone is super friendly and ease my kids’ anxieties. We are always seen on time and they get us in and out which is much appreciated! Everyone is great, but taco is our new fave! My kids love her vibe and she puts them at ease. Happy to have finally found a dentist my kids love

The Dental/Ortho assistants are great! But the doctor is always visibly in a hurry. My visits for my Clear Correct usually go well, but today my teeth were getting shaved down without me knowing ahead of time that it was going to happen or why. The assistant was great and told me why afterwards, but that was the doctor's job to explain clearly what he was going to do beforehand. Not just "oh remember what we did months ago". It's why I usually dread these appointments, he's polite but not very compassionate. I know he has other people to get to, but the patient-practitioner interaction was ⭐⭐ today. Take your time and make sure the patient understands what you're going to do, especially if it's invasive. I could tell he was irritated when I was retracting away at first, but that's on him for not being clear about WHY anything needed to be shaved down today. There's 0 reason why I should've gotten an explanation AFTER tooth-saws were in my mouth. Again, give every assistant and front desk clerk their flowers. ? Dr., you NEED to be more thorough and attentive. Please don't assume understanding based on vague recollections. I understand it's a part of my treatment, but that wasn't clear until a permanent change had been made.
