It was pushy Christina the office manager told me I had to pay $1500.00 I called my insurance company and they told me I didn’t have to pay that amount that the office manager had to contact my insurance company to get the right information.
Office manager Christina you need to investigate well before giving information and saying the copayment BEFORE entering consultation.

Great doc, great staff, two locations give you some options. They do get busy which sometimes puts them behind schedule but that's also because Dr. Tsutsumi doesn't rush his time with his patients.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago. I have a PPO. I've been in so much pain and couldn't wait to see a podiatrist finally. Then I get a call today - an HOUR BEFORE my appointment - from Dr. Tsutsumi's office letting me know they are no longer in my PPO network and I am considered a "cash" patient and if I would still like to keep the appointment. Of course I don't want to keep the appointment - but WHY am I just finding this out now on the day of my appointment?!!!! Thanks. Now I will find somewhere else to go and wait another 2-3 weeks before I can be seen. Disappointed is not the word I would choose to describe what I feel right now but I'm just gonna leave this here. Disgusted.
