I've been a patient of Dr. Saad and later Dr.
Kastoon for nearly 10 to 11 years, and they've taken excellent care of my thyroid issues from day one. My experience at this clinic has always been positive. Today, I was especially grateful for the wonderful help I received from Diana at the front desk. As soon as I walked in, she addressed my concerns with kindness and efficiency. Over the years, l've never had a problem with any of the staff-they are always patient, helpful, and truly care about the well-being of their patients. This is clearly a high-demand clinic, and with good reason.
The quality of care and professionalism here is outstanding.

I just spike to AALIYAH a intake receptionist or whatever she is , she was so rude to me over the phone . I was simply trying to make an appointment to follow up on my cancer that I had and she just made it extremely difficult. And no appointment was set. Basically telling me I need to do their job abd bring in all my documents instead of requesting the medical records for themselves from the correct doctor. I will be looking for another doctor due to her rudeness.

Dr. Saad and his Office Manager, Aliyah are both so wonderful! It is pretty obvious that they are overwhelmed with the number of patients that they are caring for, and yet they always seem to have a good attitude. Dr. Saad has been my mom's endocrinologist for the last 4 years. (Rebecca) He is always smiling and talkative with us whenever we go in for my mom's checkups. I can tell he really cares how my mom has been doing when he asks her. Aliyah is equally fantastic. Whenever my mom needs anything, Aliyah is always there to help her. I feel that healthcare can be an ever evolving situation, depending on an individual's needs. Medicines and dosages can change, and pharmacies can change. Sometimes, medical insurance companies need more information, etc. Aliyah is so wonderful and patient with all of our requests and needs. I really don't know what we would do without her! Thank you so much, Aliyah, for your loving care and patience. People like you make life more pleasant. 🩷

Not sure whats been going on in the front desk, but being placed on hold for over 17 minutes back to back is unacceptable! I reached over 17 minutes and then got hung up on twice. Happened 9/22/21 at 2ish pm... I tried calling back again and you can clearly hear the line being picked up and heard voices in the background then I got hung up on. I didn't even get sent to hold. It was clearly picking up the line and being hung up on at least 5 times!

Finally someone picked up and only said" Dr's Office" with an attitude! Maybe they should say the actual Dr's name! All I needed was to verify my appointment time, since they only wrote the date on my appointment card but not a time! I've been a patient here for a little over 5 years, and have had problems with the girls at front desk for almost a year now. They need new training specially when it comes to good manners when speaking to patients. 😡

This place is literally a nightmare. I don’t understand how people’s health depend on these kinds of locations. My loved one has been attempting to make an appointment over the phone for 2 weeks and has had unsuccessful contacts, no matter what time of day they call. The voicemail is always full and when my loved one was finally able to leave a voicemail, they waited days and have yet to get a call back. Today (April 19th) we went to schedule an appointment in-person and they’re lunch sign was up stating staff would return at 12:30PM. We were there past 1:00PM and they never opened the door, answered the phones, nothing. How can these doctor’s not pay attention to these types of things. The doctor’s office staff makes them build a horrible reputation. It’s sad that people’s health/lives depend on such careless individuals. I pray that their loved ones or even them, are ever in a situation where their health is not being taken seriously. This place is ridiculous and it’s sad that people continue to be referred here.

Dr Saad is a great doctor. This poor review is for his staff. They never answer the phone, never return your call, and always screw up appointments. I’ve been turned away several times because there is no active referral from my health insurance. They have told me personally that they do not send appointment notes to your primary doctor - the primary doctor is the one who submits the referral request to the insurance! How are they supposed to know that you have a future appointment if they’re never notified to send in the referral? I now make sure I call my primary doctor a few weeks prior to my appointment with Dr. Saad to ask them to send in the referral request. Also, his staff will tell you they’ll send you your lab paperwork to you in the mail and never send it out. His staff’s negligence greatly impacts the health and well being of his patients. Again, Dr. Saad is a great doctor, but he really needs to find competent staff.

I have been trying to set up an appointment for about a month with no success. I haven't even been able to see the provider yet but everytime I try to call I never get someone on the phone, have to wait days for a call back, and then feel like an inconvenience when I finally do talk to someone and end up getting the run around and unable to schedule an appointment.
