First time patients here but definitely love this clinic! I brought three of my kids here, including my two preteens and my toddler. They all loved the dentist and the toddler even said she is looking forward to coming back! They were patient with me as I didn’t have the New Patient paperwork finished yet and they made the visit fun for them all. High praise from this family!

You will not find a better pediatric dentist or staff. Hands down, the best experience your child will receive. My daughter had a horrible fall and cracked her front tooth. The front office was able to get us in right away. The staff were all very sweet to her, ensuring her comfort and ease. Dr. Jamie worked her magic and in less than 20 minutes, my daughter's tooth was restored. She kept my daughter comfortable, described what she was doing the entire time, and really put both my daughter and I at ease. We're so grateful for Dr. Jamie and her entire team!

I am so pleased with all of the service we received at our sons dentist appointment today. The check-in process was seamless and the staff member working. The front desk was so polite. The dentist herself was so patient with my little one and her assistant was amazing. The office is clean and kid friendly. I took my children to this dentist, and unfortunately, my insurance messed up, leaving me with an unexpected balance. When I tried to schedule another cleaning for my child, I was informed that my account had been sent to collections. I promptly paid the balance, but the office deemed me "untrustworthy," requiring me to pay upfront for every visit, with the promise that my insurance would reimburse me later.

Initially, I was told this would only last a few visits, but that was not the case. The office manager, Alex, was rude and informed me that this policy would be indefinite. Despite my frustration, I continued to go because my kids liked the dentist.

However, when my child fell sick and I had to reschedule, I was met with more issues. I was charged a $65 missed appointment fee because I didn’t cancel, despite my efforts to avoid bringing in a sick child. Alex was dismissive and showed no concern for my situation. I received a bill for the fee, along with a notice saying I was no longer welcome at the practice!

The inconsistency in their policies is baffling. I’ve seen other patients get charged different amounts for similar situations, which feels unfair and arbitrary. The overall customer service has been rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. If you're looking for a caring and consistent dental practice for your kids, I suggest you look elsewhere. Read all their one star reviews.

Baby’s 1st visit (12 months old), couldn’t have gone any better! From check in to checkout (and everything in between), it was perfect. Dr. Jamie was so gentle, informative, friendly & her staff exuded the same! We got to watch Mickey Mouse & got a cute new toothbrush for his oral journey. Very glad we chose this office. We’ll see you again in February!
