So, I always had a decent enough experience going to this office as a teen. I made sure all of my expenses were paid as a teen and left the practice 10 years ago because I moved to Virginia. Well, I’m back in the area and was like “oh yeah, they were a decent enough office , let me check them out.”
I guess I’m banned from the practice do to my parents. Even though I was 17 the last time I had any work done there, paid for it myself, and am now 27 with separate insurance and all. It seems kind of bad practice to refuse me and “ban “ me from getting service on teeth, they worked on and I still have fillings from dr Quinlin to this day. It’s fine, I’ll take myself elsewhere I have had a few dentists since then and I’ve never had an issue with payment or being banned. I feel frankly insulted. I get that my parents had issues but that’s why I have been moved out for 10 years. I never thought that at 27 I would be getting denied a cleaning at what used to be my family dentist over a petty squabble or vendetta against my parents. I don’t understand what that has to do with me. I just left a 4 start review because I did spend years getting work done there so I’d say with this experience they deserve less but I’m being extremely generous.
I will also be calling to request my medical records as they worked on my teeth as an adolescent for at least 5 years. I deserve the respect of getting those records.

Most pleasant dental experience to date. There was minimal wait time. They were understanding and accommodating in regards to getting dental records from previous office. The doctor was honest and the hygienist was personal and did an amazing job

I had Severe pain in my left side of my mouth, and they were able to get me in the same day. Very nice and efficient staff. Not a big fan of going to the dentist, but these folks are great!

I had a crown come off from a previous dentist, and I did a walkin' on monday. They were able to get me scheduled to replace it on Wednesday only 2 days later. Everything went quick and painless. The staff was very nice and polite. If you could say you enjoy going to the dentist, this is the one.

Great experience all around! Loved our dental hygienist Carrie, she was absolutely wonderful at making sure my 4 year old knew what to expect and when. The office is pristine and minimal wait before we were called back!

Other than having to do a lot of forms, the experience was awesome. Keri, my hygienist, was fantastic, and explained in great details how I was doing on my brushing, and provided helpful suggestions on improving my brushing experience to give me more years of healthy gums and teeth. Dr. Quinlan is very professional, and very friendly, and made my experience even better. I would highly recommend making Santa Rosa Family Dentistry your dental professionals.
