They use the best kind of braces, always able to fit us in if there are any problems. The staff have been the same for years, friendly and know your kiddos and remember their preferences. Dr. Sawrie is so kind and calm. We changed insurance carriers and thought we had to switch to a different orthodontist. What a difference! The other orthodontist can never fit us in, the staff is constantly changing, we never see the same tech and billing has been a mess. Turns out, Dr. Sawrie’s office could have worked with our new insurance. We will definitely have kiddo #2 stick with Dr. Sawrie the whole way through!

I’ve had three kiddos hear the past few years and I have recommended it to 4 friends and we’ve all been so pleased. It is a small family feel. They know my children’s names. The wait time is short. My kids feel safe. It’s so rare to find a dentistry or ortho office that has a cozy feel instead of open, modern, exposed floor plan. My son had dentist fears for years and when he came here he quickly got over them thanks to their patient, reassuring, and kind atmosphere. Two of the three are now out of braces with no complications. I am soo thankful for this office and they are deserving of a full 5 stars or higher!

My family and I stopped in Chattanooga to visit family before continuing our drive to Florida. Last night, my daughter’s Hearst (a device used for overbite correction instead of headgear) screw came out while she was eating. We called our Orthodontist and he reached out to Dr. Sawrie’s office. They fit us in first thing this morning! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Lori was great, she even ensured all screws were tightened. And, get this - FREE of charge for this out of towner’s emergency visit!! Thank you Dr. Sawrie and team 🥰

The kindest people you will come across in the dental/ortho business. They hear your concerns and take action. It is an honor that I found this place to take care of my teeth and was always a pleasure to speak to the staff. Especially the lady at the front desk. They are genuine people and this is rare. Their kindness does not go unnoticed. I will always remember this experience! My 9 year old will begin her treatment in the upcoming years. Happy Holidays!

This place is absolutely amazing they have been so very patient and so very kind to my 11 to 13-year-old now out of braces. They have worked us in when brackets fell off. They've made the whole process so seamless and wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Sawrie and his staff are terrific!! Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and professional in all aspects of the office - from the front desk to the back. They are so helpful in scheduling or rescheduling appointments to accommodate our needs. We were kept informed and felt absolutely confident during the whole process of braces with our daughter. She just had her braces removed, and the results are wonderful! Thank you to Dr. Sawrie and staff for an all-around great experience!! We'll definitely be back when it's time for braces for our two younger children.

We love this practice! My twin sons go to Dr Sawrie and we actually drive all the way in from Atlanta. The office is state of the art and staff is very friendly and warm. Dr Sawrie makes patients feel at ease and also thoroughly explains procedures and next steps to patients. Staff are easy to work with in setting up appointments and responding to questions. We feel very comfortable in the office and my sons actually look forward to seeing Dr Sawrie and his staff!
