I was impressed with Dr Gates. I've had one on one sessions with dieticians in my life. They're all pretty good in their profession. But none compare to Dr Gates advice and plan he customized for me. After our initial consultation I had a new perspective on diet and exercise. I highly recommend.

Scale Solutions fixed that for me! The appetite suppressants helped with the hunger, as well as the shakes and soup options. My favorite is the strawberry shake and the cream of chicken soup! PLEASE, save your money and do not give it to these crooks. Everything about this place is misleading. Their page states you're monitored by a doctor. False. Saw only a nurse. Never saw a dr. They state Each low calorie diet plan is individualized for you. Also false. Eat less calories. Exercise. Well, duh! tell me something I don't know! Do you think I'd go here if I hadn't already tried that? Where's this diet plan I'm supposed to get? I basically paid almost $200 for pills I can get at any health store. They don't teach you at all how to actually eat and live a healthier lifestyle.

The staff was rude. Inattentive. They spent more time chatting and shooting the bull than seeing patients. I was the only person in there during my appt time and I still waiting over an hour. They saw a patient who was an hour late before me, the person who was early to their appt. They don't give you a weight loss diet pill. They give you an appetite suppressant, that you can buy for a fourth of the cost at and GNC. That's it. You're paying $$$$ for an appetite suppressant! I came here because I was running out of options. These people didn't help me at all. Not one bit. No guidance, no actual doctor.

I can't believe I fell into the trap and was conned by this place. I spent money I could have used on other things for them to tell me crap I already knew. I won't be going back here, and I'll be telling everyone I know who was interested in this place what a total con it is, and how they just steal your money. Beware.
