This man haunts my nightmares. He was my childhood orthodontist. He pulled barely loose baby teeth with no care or warning. He put braces on my BABY TEETH. He was heartless with painful, multiple procedures with children instead of waiting for their teeth to actually grow in so you pay for YEARS of service. He widened my jaw, had multiple metal apparatuses in my mouth at one time for multiple years, had teeth extracted. I had braces multiple times. A ‘permanent’ retainer put in at 16 that I still suffer with that has only cause massive gum recession and pain. Guess what, Schonberg? Still have a crooked smile and my family is our probably tens of thousands. Potentially hundreds of thousands as my cousins all went to this crackpot too.

Dr. Schonberg is great! We always get the one on one care that we need. He is well worth the premium! My daughter is currently seeing him, and based on my friends experiences with their own orthodontists, my daughters is doing at least twice as good.
He is really the best in the Atlanta area.

I’ve had terrible experiences here. During my most traumatizing visit Dr. Schonberg claimed I was biting him... he had his thumb at the base of my wisdom teeth prying my jaw open further than I could open it and after over an hour my jaw became sore and started to close. He wouldn’t give me time to rest my jaw and then became angry so he aggressively clamped my jaw to his leg for over an hour, forcing my jaw to remain open and my head was falling off of the chair while he remained working. My jaw never felt the same after that day and I developed TMJ that year which I now suffer pain from every day of my life. The staff at his office was very friendly and professional but Schonberg steps very out of line with his aggression, lack of empathy, anger, impatience, and violence.
