Dr. Robert Quick was really excellent and his bedside manner was wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say, immediately started procedures based on my complaints, and made a follow up appointment that day. I couldn’t ask for a kinder, more caring doctor. I would recommend him to any one.

Tommy Smalls, NP is the best. Takes time to go over everything with you. You never feel rushed. And his nurse is great also. I recently moved her and feel very fortunate to have been recommended to this Practice.

Recent surgery for a broken femur. All went well. Dr. Davis was very informative before surgery and followed up after. The 4 day stay within the hospital was good. The nurses were kind and efficient. I enjoyed hearing the floor cleaning machine pass by a couple times a day.

This practice does a great job. Staff are professional. Medical staff are attentive and responsive. Dr. Wade does sometimes have to attend to urgent treatment issues so scheduling issues can occur, but if I needed that kind of treatment, I would hope that my doctor would not abandon me to keep office hours. I have had very positive experiences.

Dr Wade is a phenomenal physician! He truly cares about his patients. Explains so the patient and care giver understand what is happening with their health.
Charlotte, is a very caring, excellent np. She listens to me. If I am sick she wants to get me to feel better and get well. I’m so thankful she is my nurse practitioner.
We had the opportunity to see their new staff member when my husband was sick this week. Tommy is a very kind knowledgeable np.
Dr Wade really has a great group! Along with each of their nurses.
The front desk is helpful and friendly. The entire office is very helpful!
We are so fortunate to have an office in Toccoa like theirs.

All the staff here are wonderful. The ladies in the front office are extremely pleasant, especially Angela. They go out of their way to help you and ease your concerns. Charlotte is one of the best NP's in the area! They listen to your concerns and are honest with their advice/diagnosis give to you. I would highly recommend giving them a try.

If I could give negative stars, I would! And here's why, my 76 yr old mother was referred to Dr. Wade by The Stephens County Hospital. Which by the way, provides stellar patient services & I highly recommend! Nonetheless with Dr. Jim Wade & staff, the day before the scheduled appointment we get a call late in the afternoon from his office cancelling the appointment! I have a job, work full time. Spent the entire week before the appointment rescheduling my work load in order to be available to get my mother to the appointment Dr Wade's office had scheduled, 2 weeks prior. Long story short, save yourself the troubles involved with Dr. Wade's office & staff. Go somewhere else! Obviously, their time is much more valuable than their patients & family member's time & well being!!!
