Mitch Willis is a the best! I've been having trouble with my shoulder for years. He's not only preformed the correct therapy but has giving me very simple but effective at home exercises to nearly fix the problem after just a few sessions. Thank you Mitch and Select Physical Therapy !

Coming to Select Physical Therapy in Conifer and having Sam as my PT is the best thing I’ve ever done for my health. I’m a lifelong and currently still active athlete, and just accepted that my body will always hurt no matter what. I had only seen chiropractors and decided on a whim to try PT. From day 1 Sam has been an incredible therapist that listens attentively to my needs and thoroughly explains what and why we are doing certain stretches/exercises. In as little as 2 weeks I already felt an insane difference in my overall physical health and now I am ready to tackle my first marathon this summer! Thank you thank you Sam for helping me learn to take care of my body and improve my athletic performance! Anytime something else flares up I am 110% coming back for treatment.
