I've seen Johnny for several months for a neck injury and he has been a lifesaver. I've seen many physical therapists over the years for various issues, and all to often their version of "treatment" is a passive approach with lots of laser / ultrasound and icing, but very little actual therapy and poor outcomes. My experience with Johnny has been the opposite. He is very engaging and spent a great deal of time designing and executing a therapy plan specifically tailored to me, my working conditions and lifestyle. The results have been phenomenal and have given me my life back. I can't say enough great things about Johnny and this physical therapy practice. The front desk staff have also been warm and personable every time I've been there.

I have never been to a place that runs on cancelations and calls you to come in, no rhyme or reason, no continuity. Place was deserted, and did the absolute least they could do. No warm ups, no electric stimulation, no heating pads!!!!

Highest recommendation for Alexis at Evergreen Physical Therapy. Knee problems, my primary doc and I thought it was a meniscus deal, got a cortisone shot and referral to these folks. Alexis very quickly determined it was most likely an MCL issue. Over the next several weeks, she developed a program of at-home exercises and work when I'd see her that has done wonders. Alexis is extremely knowledgeable, energetic, and relentlessly cheerful! A delight to work with and producer of great results.

She never doubted me or my pain. She did everything she could to help me and was one of my biggest supporters. Now that I have a diagnosis, she's been awesome at helping me get stronger for my upcoming surgery.

I have small business myself, my number one priority has always been honesty and making my clients happy.
I had very opposite experience in Evergreen Physical Therapy, well not completely to be correct. My therapist was amazing, very professional and l always felt good after the therapy. Once it comes to the billing be careful there.
After my first session, taking all my info and all they needed , no one said anything about my copay. After the second session the receptionist mentioned that l have to pay $55 per session.
My response was ok I'll pay but I'm not coming back. I think that an information like that should be revealed before you will start any procedure or visits.
Later l got phonecall from the manager Pam, she left voicemail on my cellphone that says my copay is actually $0.00, OR if something, then not more than $14 per session.
I called back to be sure, l had my phone on speaker so my husband would hear the same thing, because he was seeing physical therapist there as well, and had the same experience with not knowing if he will pay something or nothing.
So Pam told us ,feel free come back.
I made another appointment and went for my physical therapy, the receptionist just repeated the same, all good. No copay....
"Your insurance covers everything"
Then a few days later, l got bill to pay, so did my husband, $55 per session.
When l had scheduled my next appointment l brought my bill with me, 3 ladies in the office were confused as much as l was, because they had information from Pam that l shouldn't pay anything.
So one of them tried to reach Pam, and when she couldn't, all of them said " just go and have your physical therapy and for sure you not going to be charged."
Day later l called Pam about the bill. And she was very defensive about how big favor actually they are doing to the patients dealing with their health insurance. Hold on right there!!! This is your service you're offering as health care provider, if you don't, fine, we all would call our insurance companies and deal with them.
But once that is something YOU'RE OFFERING as one of your services, why don't you do it Correctly!!!
So you could tell people that right away, and they will know. No surprises later.
Pam is very dishonest, and everytime l spoke to her she said something else, whatever was more suitable for her that moment. When l ask her why she's saying again something else, she was very unprofessional, unpleasant and her only defense was that she dealt with insurance for me and didn't have to.
One more thing, about my last visit Pam said, "we will not charge you for that one because you were actually told to go, and still l got another bill a few days ago, including the last visit.
So, 5 STARS TO THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS, 0 stars to the management.
