So Jessie and her staff are awesome.
I have been rehabilitating from total knee replacement surgery and am preparing for surgery on my other knee.
I asked for them to push me hard, and they have really made a difference in my ongoing recovery this summer.
I expressed weight loss and exercise type milestones at the beginning and they have set up specific exercises and workouts to continue to help me reach them.
I will definitely continue through next year with Select PT with my other knee.

Since my first day of therapy, the entire staff here has been fantastic and made me feel so well cared for. Jessie and Olivia take my recovery seriously and are invested in me hitting my goals.
