She and her staff provided excellent service and helped significantly reduce my back pain. They were professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visits.

I chose to receive services here because I was in a minor accident in April and a friend of Dr. Betty Smith is a very good chiropractor. Dr. Betty and the staff here seemed like nice people too. However, I feel that her services are over priced and the treat is mediocre. I sat in the massage chair every day; she did a couple of foot detoxes (which I don't feel were effective); and the tools she used for adjustments mostly made things worse. I felt the treatment was aggressive. I saw her twice a week from April to June and couldn't wait until it was over. She immediately got me connected to a lawyer she knew, so I felt pressured to obtain one. I recommend getting your own lawyer. The lawyer she set me up with was rude at times when I asked her about my case and I ended up getting only 5,000 (just 1/3 of my settlement). They told me I could get a larger settlement if I got an injection in my back. At that point, I really saw it was just about the money for them and didn't feel cared for.

Wow..... my journey i was in a car accident. And my lawyer sent me to Serenity Chiropractic and Rehab Dr. Betty Smith-Weldon. I received a phone called from Janae' Henderson office manager. Janae' was so pleasant and gracious over the phone. I felt welcoming just from our conversation setting up my appointment. But on the day that I met Dr. Betty Smith-Weldon she was warm, generous, very friendly. And the friendly atmosphere made me very comfortable. Dr. Betty has miracle healing in her hands. When I walked in my left shoulder had little movement from so much pain. But Dr. Betty worked with me the treatment and exercise plan went from 3 days a week to 2 days a week until I got down to 1day a week. The motion movement i have now in my left shoulder is painless. But, after being referred to Serenity Chiropractic and Rehab by a friend, I liked the fact that Dr. Betty took the time to explain the process before ever putting those "glorious hands" to use. Somehow, she expelled my fear and helped me to understand how my healing journey doesn't have to be something I dread, rather something that gives me hope for a better quality of life. That's what I appreciate the most. As well as her straight talk no chaser approach; which was inviting because I didn't feel like I was being scammed. Dr. Betty is AWESOME!

The best experience I’ve had hands down!! She was very detailed and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Before leaving she always made sure I was walking correctly, not dizzy, or experiencing any discomfort. When I hadn’t eaten anything she made sure to give be something to eat and drink before adjusting me. I’ve never had that done before!! She explains everything as well any questions you have she answers honestly!! Love it here !! Front desk staff is amazing also really good at making sure you leave with a smile on your face. She always lets you know to call the next day if you feel any discomfort. You know kudos to the entire place.
