Dr. Chantiles was AMAZING! He was so knowledgeable and a wonderful bedside manor. He was great with my son and my mother who was very anxious. His staff was great too. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend him.

Absolutely a HORRID receptionist and poor practice. They admitted to having my referral in their system but never called to schedule. They asked for all my information again, and when I said my information is in the referral the receptionist got hostile, raised her voice to the point of yelling and interrupted me while I was trying to read my information. They made a point of misgendering me and placed me on hold, again while I was trying to read off my medical. As a former US Navy Veteran, I know a good medical practice and respect to the patient as well as urgency in care are paramount. Adding a lack of this and bigotry to top it is UNACCEPTABLE and shows Dr. Fred Chantilles is clearly a bigoted doctor looking to collect money not administer care. To hire people so coarse is a direct reflection of the culture of his staff.

If you are going to list online that you take Medicare and Medicaid, it would be a good thing to actually accept it. If you will NOT accept it then you should probably take that misleading information off of the internet! Also, the receptionist was anything but helpful and pleasant.
