Stopped by today to schedule a cleaning and extraction appointment for my son so that he could get his braces. Needless to say, I am currently sitting in the waiting room because they already cleaned the teeth and are extracting the baby tooth that is in the way. All this within an hour of coming to just get an appointment. Plus, the doctor is a joy to talk with and the staff have been amazing. I highly recommend this dentist!!

I was really, really pleased with my experience. I visited Dr. Shepheard's office after a too long hiatus from dental care. I needed a couple of fillings replaced along with updated x-rays, a thorough exam and a extensive deep cleaning. The Doc was kind, gentle, as well as, compassionate and considerate. The entire staff was professional, courteous AND nice. No complaints. I am grateful to discover a dental care provider I feel good about using here in Thomasville.

My entire family and I have used this dentist office but NEVER AGAIN! The receptionist is RUDE along with the wife of DR Shepheard. I have excellent insurance but my child and the grand kids do have Peachtree, They talked so bad to my family because of the insurance they have! My entire family works and Dr Shepheards office does not consider Medicaid an insurance! Never in my life have I encountered such disrespectful, uncaring and demeaning treatment! For this they don't deserve any STARS, but u have to select one in order to post a review! We have been calling the office for a week to get an appointment, and the receptionist told my daughter she would get her right in if she paid cash or had another insurance! There will be a complaint filed with Medicaid about them along with the AAPHD Foundation, ADPI, ACDF and BBB. They were so mean my daughter left in tears! They had no compassion that she was in pain, and as soon as they heard what insurance she had she was treated less than a human being! They do not deserve to operate a business that shows no compassion for a hard working mom who receives no child support, but works every day to support her own children. It shouldn't matter what insurance a person has or doesn't have to be treated nice! BECAUSE NICE MATTERS!
