First of all let me say thank you for the amazing customer service. Over the last few years I’ve jump out of many chairs and left. Didn’t care what the people thought either. The willingness to work with me and being gentle with me all the while being my cheerleader and letting my daughter hold my hand. I can’t say thank you enough. I can’t believe I did it. We did it. Somehow they won me over, I’m on my way to a beautiful smile. I give them a ten in my heart. Four teeth and a crown and the dentist my dentist was God sent.

Very happy with Dr. Carter and his team. The dental assistants are amazing! They care, they listen, and they understand if people are on a budget. The will give advise based on that. Then, there is Dr. Carter, what an amazing person he is! Definitely one of the few doctors that has kept his humanity and sees his patients as people and not just a number. I'll continue to visit the office and will bring my family to get their dental needs taken care of.

Went in today for a broken tooth and I’m also 33 weeks pregnant. They followed all the guidelines from my OBs office & had me in and out fairly quickly and was able to fit me into their schedule quickly as well. Everyone was very kind and work efficiently as a team. Highly recommend.

Update: right after my post I got a personal call from Dr. Carter, who took the time to to call and learn about my experience. Completely understood my concern offered to make changes. So I’m updating my stars.

Original post: Dentist and the actual medical staff are amazing but somehow the front desk people kills the amazing work done on the backend. front desk has no sense of customer support, they don’t aim to deliver excellence. They are unable to sympathize or make it right for the patient/customer.

To start, let me say that we have had horrible experiences with other pediatric dentist in the surrounding areas, to the point that my daughter was terrified of every dentist. We were recommended to Simply Dental by family and thought we would give them a shot after years of dreading that dental check up time of year and wow! Simply Dental is a blessing. My daughter LOVED them. Loved them so much that she actually would cry when we passed their office because she wanted me to take her to have her teeth cleaned. It's been a few years now with us using them and both of my kids absolutely love them. They tell me how fun their visit was. My son wants to stop by just to say hey. The staff here also is jam up! Super friendly, super informative, and they actually care for their patients. I was extremely impressed on day one and years later we still are. I recommend them to everyone who is looking for a dentist. We could not ask for a better group, they are amazing!

I absolutely recommend this dental office! I have been using them for several years now and my family has always had a positive experience. My husband used to be very apprehensive about going to the dentist, but he is very comfortable with Dr. Carter. My son (now 6) went to this office for his very first dental visit and all of the staff were so sweet to him. Great family dentist!
