Staff was great and doctors were lovely. But their checkout system was unprofessional! Instead of having a private area to check out and book follow up appointments, I have to stand in the main lobby in a small room where every person could hear about my skin conditions, the dates on my calendar for scheduling, and Information about my insurance company. Made me feel very uncomfortable as every eye in the room was me and listening in on our conversation as I checked out. Super unprofessional and embarrassing.

I would recommend anyone to this office for all your skin care needs. I started seeing Dr Kent many years ago and at the time I had Plaque Psoriasis that covered nearly 85% of my body. Sadly I had to leave due to med insurance issues but before I left, I had gotten down to about 30% coverage. Years later, I'm back with better insurance and I see Chad Perry now and he is amazing. He really cares and will do everything to help. All the staff is wonderful and friendly. There are offices in Macon and Warner Robins. 5 stars from me! 😁

I had a severe skin issue come up over the weekend and Dr. Herold’s staff was able to work me in to be seen today. The front office staff was amazing and friendly. As soon as I and my husband met Dr. Herold we were both amazed at his wonderful bedside manners along with being sweet, compassionate and thorough throughout the whole process. I trust he is going to figure out what is going on and for now he has put me on a regimen to help me feel better, than what it has been the last few days. I definitely recommend Dr. Herold no doubts.

Everyone was friendly. The service was fast and the doctor had a great bedside manner. My only issue was I was told to arrive twenty minutes early. But when I arrived, the office was closed for lunch and I wasn't told this beforehand. It wasn't that big of a deal in the end. It just would have been nice to get a heads up. Anyway, It was a pleasant enough experience.

My experience with Dr Mitch Herold was amazing he is very kind he listened to me explain my situation his assistant was even kinder they both were very professional and very in tune to my feelings. He explained everything to me clearly and decisively he made me feel very comfortable it was really a great experience for my first time and I would recommend any and everybody to your skin care office. I want to thank them for their kindness and their gentleness and a given me a great experience.

I just love Anna Lee and her staff. She is amazing. It’s like when we are talking, she makes me feel like I am her only patient for the day. She has the perfect personality for patients. She really cares about her patients!

Received numerous reminders in several formats. Received paperwork ahead of appointment. Location very convenient to me. All 3 people I interacted with were great. While most businesses seem to not have stellar staff lately, this was not the case. Very professional people who were also friendly and enjoy their professions. Highly recommend!
