Filed my toenail down and that made it split and caused pain. I called to let her know but I never did get a call back. When I called back a few days later to check on making an appointment I was told that I didn't make it for the last appointment but I said that I didn't have one but I was told that I did and was a no show so I didn't have another appointment so I said great. But she couldn't call me to check on my toe. I was a patient of her husband and he was so kind.

I am the second oldest of 9 sibling. This particularlar brother is what we called a knee bqby. He depend on me for guadiance . For spiritial and physical gudiance. So you can understand my surprise when i saw the picture of his feet for the first time. He depended on rhis doc. To oversee the health of his feet. Being a diabetic, he was sure he had made a good choice in choising her. But cnaftwr numberous complaints of excruciating pain with no relief he decided to tell me. I was shocked when he sent me a picture of his black toes he should have been in the hospital months ago. My brother is losing his 3 toes and if nothing is done possibly his foot, under a doc that should have seen this before now. Several xrays done finally came across a thorn that had been in my brothers foot for we dont know how long. Because of the lack of concern and care, by Dr. Smaha my brother may lose his foot, i pray that God intervene. He told his Dr. Several times that when pressure is on his foot he feels it all up his leg, but she brushed it off.. God help us if this is the kind of care we can look forward to

This place is a joke!!! I paid $132 for the second and third visit when I went to this provider. Come to find from my insurance, I only owed $109 and I looked at my insurance and found out that my HRA had paid the $109. And for the other visit, I only owed $109 but because they bill up front before filing insurance to see what you truly owe. I paid $132 again. I will not be going back to the Smaha's or Associated Foot and Ankle again for anything.
