Love this office! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable! Dr. Mikhail is the absolute best! She was very detailed and kind! She made me feel very confident about getting my smile to where I want it to be! Yadi and Brandi were wonderful as well! The staff will make you feel like family!

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff as well as clean office and examination rooms. I was called five minutes after I got there and saw the dentist within a few minutes after. I can’t remember the dentist’s name, but he was pretty cool. Even though I went for a root canal, it was a good visit!

This was my first visit. Everyone was so pleasant and professional. Everything was very clean. DMD Sophia Mikhail is quite down to earth with a great sense of humor. CRDH Sherry Tadros is very sweet, and so is the yadi the Dental Assistant and Brandi. I will be returning!

I just want to say how please I am with Smile Design. My dental hygienist is so caring and you can tell she really enjoys her job. I recently came in with sensitive gums and she told me exactly what to do for that problem. She took the time to write it down for me so I would remember her instructions later on. I have gotten discounts off my bill in the past too. I highly recommend Smile Design to new patients.

Very unprofessional staff!

I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early and patiently waited until a staff member called me back 20 minutes after my appointment with a very uncaring greeting and took me to the treatment room.

There's was very loud gospel music playing in a speaker right above me, and the music was not professional easy listening music at all, and the volume was unbelievable.

They didn't know why I was there and were about to x-ray me again, but I stopped her because I had gotten X-rays and diagnosis 2 days before I visited, by their other office.

The unprofessional greeting, music, and organization had triggered me to want to leave but I still tried to hang in there.

But after a few more interactions with unprofessional staff members I decided to walk out.

I can't put into words how bad it really was and it truly was an awful experience!

I'm still in pain in top of all that.

Ive been to numerous dentist offices and they have all been okay or tolerable to deal with. Until I came across this place. I have never felt so welcome and safe to know the doctor knows what shes doing. I had gotten a root canal over 10+ years ago. Smiley dentistry told me I had an infection forming and yet no other dentists advised me of this mind you, I’ve gone every 6 months for routine cleaning and X-rays. I was skeptical at first because I’ve trusted other dentists. Sure enough, I woke up with my face swollen and this dentistry IMMEDIATELY took action to make sure they get me taken care of. Ivette at front desk was very professional and understanding. She made sure to get me in right away and had patience with me as I had a change of insurance. I have nothing but good things to say. They took care of both root canals (no pain) and it was quick and easy procedure. I referred my husband to come here now and we are both pleased. Thank you guys !

Dr Sophia Mikhail is AMAZING! She is kind and compassionate and quick but thorough. She did a filling and talked through what she was about to do and checked my bite multiple times after to make sure it was comfortable. It felt like having a friend fix my mouth. Her assistant Gaby is also wonderful. She is so sweet and did a great job. They work together beautifully. Candi (spelling?) up front is so friendly and has such great energy. The whole office has a really nice feel (which is nice because I know a lot of people have anxiety over the dentist office) and does good work.
