My daughter is a new patient. Friendly and welcoming staff. The service was quick and accommodating. The pricing and options were explained very well. The doctor was very knowledgeable and put my daughter at ease.

Everything was fine until the last day. The girl put a tray in my mouth for a retainer to be made. She got one to big. She almost split my mouth. I have a small mouth. I yelled and told her to stop and she wouldn't stop trying to spilt the corner of my mouth to get the tray of mold for retainer to make it in my mouth. I said are you trying to kill me. You are making me to be like the joker. I ask the Dr Schaffer to finish this or someone else. He said you don't want me to do that. I was amazed he said that and his girls worker did that
Unbelieveable. I will never go back.that worker was mean beyond belief. She finished the job with a smaller try on the bottom. She has been there 2 years. She should have known better. The smaller tray was so much better. What a disaster. I have had retainer done before and it did not hurt.

Highly recommended. Office staff are all so polite and knowledgeable! (Even when your son doesn't wear his invisaligns like he should?)
