Dr. Jenkins has a great staff. Very friendly environment. Your immediately greeted at the door when you walk in. Very friendly environment and no wait time at all. Dr. Jenkins walks and makes each patient feels welcome and takes the time to listen and really gets to know his patients. The best dentist I've ever had. I had 2 root canals and never was in any pain before I came to Smile Parlor and when I left, I wasn't in any pain since. My biggest fear had been put the to rest, Dr. Jenkins assured me that I was in great hands. He definitely lived up to his promise. Thanks again Dr. Jenkins.

The whole office staff was exceptional!! From the front desk to the back office. I am extremely anxious with any doctor appointment but especially the dentist!! Dr. Jenkins and his staff were patient with me and made me feel so comfortable. I have recommended my family and friends to him! Shout out to the entire staff from the front to the back office. They are very professional and friendly. Dr. Jenkins is very down to earth. I just returned from my first dental appointment with Dr. Jenkins, Smile Parlor. I simply loved my experience. His hygienist was expert, professional, and went beyond what she should have done that appointment to make sure I left the office satisfied. Dr. Jenkins was the ultimate professional: assessing my dental heath needs, making certain that I was scheduled to meet my end of the year insurance needs. More than any of that, I felt welcomed, and at the end of my visit, knew that I had found a dental health home that would put my needs (dental, financial, and emotional first…… one of the first things I said on the questionnaire was that I hate needles). I had a deep scaling, and had a very, very comfortable experience.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to return to the office for a second scan, but overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Keep up the great work!
