Love this place, Dr's and staff. Older daughter came here for her braces and her smile id gorgeous! So, naturally when my younger daughter needed braces we absolutely had to come here. No other place was even considered.

My daughter and I have both got braces at smiles forever and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is awesome and our teeth look beautiful. They care about there customers for sure. Great experience. Orthodontist didn't just schedule my child for braces. He reviewed x-ray and decided she should wait and that she should come back in 6 months for follow up.

Sherry at the Duluth location, she did a wonderful job changing the wires and bands on our daughter, she was attentive to times when the process may be a little painful and let her know what was coming. She was respectful and did not rush, but at the same time we were done quickly! Thank You!!

Both Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Wells are very professional, and the staff is friendly. I started my treatment with Dr. Gilbert for a few visits and then Dr. Wells almost until the end of my treatment. When I was almost at the finish line, a new Orthodontists took over. Even though on previous visits it was discussed that the braces on my bottom teeth (Which are still not fully aligned) were not going to be removed just yet. After talking to the new Orthodontists, it seemed like that decision suddenly changed. So, I got the braces off, at the same time with the top ones.
Once removed, I visited my dentist for a cleaning checkup. And I was made aware by the dentist of having a deep pocket on one of the teeth and that it may require periodontic treatment. I visited a periodontist and treatment was recommended due to being at risk of losing my tooth. Once I discussed that outcome with Smiles Forever, they just wiped their hands clean. Did not provide guidance or took my situation seriously. Even though six months before that the deep pocket was not there. It is the same tooth that had a metal brace around it the entire time (Ironic). I honesty was fully satisfied with my treatment until almost the end, but I feel like they did not take my situation seriously. As a consumer it is my responsibility to share my experience in hopes it may help others avoid a situation like the one I am having.
