This is still a wonderful place after not seeing the folks for 5 years. I decided to re-do my top teeth because I wasn't good at wearing my retainer. I got my braces off at the start of the pandemic so I got lazy like everyone else. I am back to SELF CARE!

I had 2 other orthodontic consultations scheduled the day my daughter and I went to Smiles Forever. I ended up cancelling the other appointments (one which resulted in me losing $50) AND decided to have my daughter's braces installed by the end of our visit!

The staff was SUPER helpful, very kind, professional, and overall their customer services was stellar! The office itself was beautiful; both very warming and welcoming. It was a plus that the location is only about 5 minutes from my house so I was sold!

We are very pleased and excited to be a part of the Smiles Forever Orthodontics family and are looking forward to them servicing the rest of our family!

I was a transfer ortho patient from out of state. Smiles Forever welcomed me with smiles, professionalism, and transparency! Each visit, call, and interaction was beyond outstanding. When it was time to remove my braces, the feeling was bitter sweet. I knew that would miss these amazing doctors and staff!

Upon my arrival, I was told about a 150 charge added to my bill unbeknownst to me. Like I had advised the front desk I should have been told on the phone prior to scheduling about fees and other hidden fees, up charging at its finest. I was met with pure undiluted attitude when I questioned my final bill , my braces were paid off in March so they make up charges to keep getting money out of you .
