Estafadores. Por favor, no confíen en este consultorio dental. Cobran precios excesivamente altos y no coordinan adecuadamente con el seguro médico del paciente. Además, no priorizan la atención al cliente, ya que atienden a varios pacientes simultáneamente para maximizar sus ingresos. Un procedimiento que debería tomar, como máximo, una hora se extendió a tres horas.

charged for work not completed. its ashame that we have dentist overcharging when they see good insurance. i’ve called the dental office plenty of times spoke with victor I even tried to dispute it, however this dentist office claims the amount charged is current. I was charged for three root canels and a implant. I only received two root canal being that the doctor couldn’t reach the third tooth so she referred me out. No problem except for the doctor being referred to didn’t work well with my work hours. Here i am eight months later still trying to dispute. Victor is horrible with handling the doctor front office. No call back or emails. last time i called i spoke with a young lady who stated Victor needed to speak with the dentist about total being charged. that was over a month ago. it’s hard for me to stay on top of this billing issue due to other things happening in life. I am now seeking legal counsel!

I am very pleased with the way I have been treated at Smileywood dental. They have been extremely kind and patient with me. I am aware that I can be difficult to work with at times due to my anxiety , ( I wish I wasn’t like that). I can be very apprehensive and I get really nervous when I go to the dentist but Dr. Consuela is very gentle and caring. I also have no complaints about the staff. Everyone there truly cares about the patients well being. The dental assistant is also very patient and her presence is welcoming. The work that I’ve had done there has turned out excellent. I am grateful for this place. I recommend this place and people should not hesitate to make an appointment, you won’t regret it.👍
