Dr. Smith and his team are very good at what they do. From the ladies up front, to the folks in the back I was helped with kindness and respect. They gave me two root canals in which I felt ZERO pain. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental work and they handled it with a lot of patience and explaining through the process. Highly recommend!!

I had the most professional pain free root canal I have ever had in my life. He has state of the art medical equipment. His staff are caring and attentive. Dr. Smith has excellent dental skills and has a calm, soothing voice while he is explaining the medical process.

Lori in this office is by far the most condescending office professional I have ever dealt with. Every time I speak to her on the phone for a payment, she is rude and shames you if you are unable to make a payment regardless of your personal situation and then she threatens to send you to collections if you won't make a payment before getting off of the phone. My insurance was supposed to cover my procedure being that my procedure was done 2 years after my initial crown was put in. However, they dated my procedure as the same date as my consultation date and in turn I was left with a $1,400 bill. If you want to be treated like a peasant, this is the place to go. I would avoid it at all costs and explore other options!!!

I just completed having my 2nd root canal done in the last 2 months. I’m very pleased with not only Dr. Smith but also with his entire staff. All were very professional in every contact I had with all of them. Although it was a couple of extra trip, I like the idea of taking 2 visits per root canal. For me reducing my time in the chair at one time was very helpful. He even prescribed me a relaxing pill that I took prior to each visit. Oh did I mention: no pain at all! Great job to you Doc & Team! Thank you!

I honestly cannot say enough nice things about this place. I came here for a second opinion on a couple teeth causing me some pain. The facility was very clean and had newer equipment/machines. The staff who helped assess my teeth before seeing the doctor were very kind and explained everything. Dr Smith was very nice and asked lots of questions about my condition to understand what was going on. He gave me a few different options he felt was appropriate considering all my symptoms and explained his reasoning. I highly recommend!

I'm terrified of all dental procedures. Dr. Smith and his staff have been extremely kind and calm with me at each visit, fully explain everything they're about to do in detail, including what to expect (sights, sounds, smells, tastes), and were extremely careful. They let me listen to music on my headphones to drown out sounds and used enough medications to ensure that I felt zero pain. I was convinced I would need sedation to get through a root canal, but I did fine without it. I would recommend Dr. Smith, especially to patients that have anxiety with dental procedures.

Although having a root canal is not what one would think of as being a pleasant experience, it was the best experience of any dental visit that I’ve had so far, which would probably be near the fifty mark. When they give you your numbing shots, I guarantee you that you will never even know you’ve had an injection. They have special techs there who give the shots. The other endodontists that I have had encounters with just jam the needle right down to the root and give the shot. Not so, here. They are great!! Never felt a thing. The procedure was a little time consuming, and I actually fell asleep during it. NEVER happens! The doctor and his staff treated my with the utmost courtesy. He answered all of my questions and was sensitive to my input. They do a very good job. They do the job in two or three trips, depending on your need. The endodontist I had before did all of mine in one day each, and I had complications with each one of them. One was severe. Needless to say, I think that Dr. Smith is the best endontist around.

Hate to write a review like this but everyone should know. Took my wife to see Dr Smith. Filled out all info for them including Insurance info which turned out requiring a phone call because they could not read the last 2 numbers on my card. We went in to see Dr Smith and was very satisfied with him. Got ready to leave and was presented a bill which was more than 75% of the total bill. I ask why I was being charged that amount and the lady said they were not a carrier for my insurance co. I ask why I had to fill out insurance info and she said that it was a requirement. I later received a insurance company statement of billing and lo and behold Dr Smiths office was on there for the remainder of the bill. SO BEWARE OF OFFICE PROCEDURES.
