We recently moved to Florida, and like most people coming to a new area it can be scary. My sister is who first found Soni Family Practice-she gave me all the info and my husband and I called in for an appt. The process was quite simple; and we received an appt. very quickly! Everyone from the front desk to the office manager -assists you the very best way they can. They even assisted my husband in getting a better insurance plan that covered more for him, which in turn saved us thousands of dollars! We refer everyone we know that’s looking for a “family” practice that cares for you just as much as your family would.

Everyone is super nice here, I dont ever have to wait long times and the staff is always very sweet. I would definitely recommend the doctors here, they always address what Im telling them I feel is going on. They wont brush you off or what you’re saying to them. Been coming here for a minute and im always please with my visits. Ladies at the front desk are super helpful and charismatic! Love this place. Don't usually leave reviews but I feel like people should know this is a great option!

First of all the office is HORRIBLE and scary looking. The lady at the front desk was RUDE. My dad has been sick for 5 days, throwing up for the past 3 days non stop. In and out of the ER 3 times this week. I was able to get a last minute appointment here and it is a 1 hour drive from my house, we left with plenty of time but we had to stop twice for my dad to throw up. I was 13 minutes late and I explained to the lady at the front desk why and she said it didn’t matter and that the appointment had been canceled. I proceeded to explain to her how urgent the appointment was and why we were late and she AGAIN said it didn’t matter. What the f is wrong with these people? She should be working at a funeral home instead. She was so rude about it. I will never step foot in any of these offices and will make sure my friends and family stay away. AND YOU SHOULD TOO!!
