I wanted to share my experience here at Podiatrist in Groton where I was seen by DPM Sonya Marshall. I just want to say from the moment I stepped into the facility I felt welcomed. Renee, who was the receptionist at the front desk was courteous, thorough and attentive, to say the least! I was nervous about this checkup but everyone helped me feel comfortable leading up to seeing Sonya. Dr. Sonya reassured me she was there to help and listened to my concerns as well as giving me feedback to bring a resolve. Her genuine compassion and understanding put me at ease. Not to mention her expertise that really helped calm my nerves! She is just a beautiful soul. I’m looking forward to our follow up appt and hope everyone gets to experience this type of treatment because going to a foot doctor isn’t the most thrilling notion. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling for treatment of an ingrown toenail. Dr Marshall took care of it quickly and painlessly. She also gave me advice on how to treat my pronation. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable and caring!
