Honestly I enjoyed my experience . I had lipo and breast fat transfer . I’m only 1 week post op while writing this but I already can see a difference even with my swelling . Everyone is nice . I read a lot of the bad reviews but I think Dr Austin is a great doctor who knows his stuff .He doesn’t make appointments awkward which I was afraid they would be and he has a great sense of humor. He is quick and to the point which I like because that’s how I am also. I don’t like people who are unsure of themselves and not honest about what they can accomplish or having long drawn out interactions with no real purpose . I only rated a 4 star because I did have one issue and it was with the nurse who did my IV. She was nice enough, however she bit open the bag and used her mouth to open other things and I felt that was unsanitary.

Dr Austin is an artist!!! Equally as important, he’s an excellent doctor, and one that COMMUNICATES with you. When we started our journey together, he kept me at his side the entire time, explaining every step of the process and beyond to me. To sound completely cliche, this man and his staff have changed my life. Every single time I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile and a “hey Ashleigh!” I will honestly be sad when my post op appointments are over and I don’t get to see them as much.

I never feel rushed. They really care about their patients and the results you achieve. I have also purchased some skincare products recently and Brooke and Alex . Dr. Austin is a GREAT cosmetic Surgeon! He has an open minded personality, attentive and very profession and astute with what he’s doing. Update….I recently finished with my post op appointments and I will say I am truly satisfied with my outcome. I searched for a surgeon that I could trust and felt that Dr. Austin was trustworthy. We all know it’s scary to allow someone to alter our appearance, but I will honestly say that going with him was one of my best decisions. He listens and makes sure he makes you comfortable with his capable hands. 100% would choose him again!
