Dr. McCarthy is absolutely a fabulous Doctor who is very knowledgeable and patient. He always has a cheerful attitude and also a great sense of humor to go with it. My whole family goes to him and I cannot say enough about the really great care we receive.

Well don’t get hurt and have doctors recommend this place all they care about is money . Won’t help you if your hurt on workmen’s comp case slip n fall auto accident!!! Nothing They just want quick easy case to get paid !!! Horrible rude and just awful place . Pay cash or heath care insurance only! I made an appointment was specific about my situation and they made me appointment! And when I get there I
Am refused because it’s a slip and fall case and they don’t do workmen’s comp nor auto accident injuries. Spread the word

Dr. Reynolds and staff are absolutely amazing. Appointment scheduling was a breeze. I waited less than 10 minutes to get in the back and less than 10 minutes for him to come see me. He offered a wonderful treatment plan and talked me through the entire procedure. I’m healing wonderfully and very pleased.
Might I mention, he was so good I barely felt the entire thing (and trust me, I’ve had it done before and swore I was dying! ?)

I had a truly horrendous experience at this place. After waiting for a grueling three weeks for my appointment, I finally arrived right on time, only to be made to wait an additional 10 minutes while the staff chatted with another customer. When they finally acknowledged my presence, they callously informed me that it was now too late to see me and that I needed to reschedule. To add insult to injury, they later attempted to lie about the time I arrived. If you're in search of a place with basic human decency, avoid this establishment at all costs.

I filled out the appointment form online and got a call TEN MINUTES LATER from the lovely front desk staff offering me an appointment that afternoon since they had a cancellation! Dr. Reynolds was friendly and efficient. He did the procedure I needed the first time we met and it was quick and painless. It is obvious that he cares and his experience has made him very skilled. Overall, I was blown away with the experience. Highly recommend!!

My father has been coming to Dr. Reynolds for 10 years and always has been pleased with the doctor’s disposition and sense of humor. Today we arrived at the location that he had been coming to for years, I drove him as he is having difficulty driving in his 80s. Upon arrival the parking lot was empty, so I asked him to check his appointment card for the time and address. He did and confirmed this was right time and place. Another car pulled up and she went to door and was frantically trying to open door which was locked. She was upset as she was late and had time constraints. I told her it’s Monday maybe they’re running late. Then I noticed a small sign that had the practice logo yet a different address. We googled it and realized it was a different location. Fortunately nearby, however had my dad been here by himself he would waited outside instead of googling. I drove him to the new location as the other patient arrived there too after following us. The new location is beautifully decorated and we entered still on time for Dad’s appointment. The receptionist didn’t greet us, however she was passively listening to the other patient explain why she was late and confused at the change of venue. For which the receptionist rudely and dismissively said well….”we sent out texts & emails”. I mentioned that maybe a notification at the other location stating “We’ve Moved close by” on the sign would be helpful as many older people may not be tech savvy or on their emails often. She quickly snipped back at my suggestion and shrugged saying the doctors put the sign up so…. As if that was meanwhile the other patient was upset and scrolling through her phone for appointment reminders and showed the receptionist it did say it on her reminders. For which the receptionist continued her attitude and said “We are NOT going to put it on there every time!” The other patient started apologizing for not knowing or seeing the one notification and was just horrified for being late. I just have to say this was appallingly rude behavior I witnessed and this is the practice’s face and frontline - no name tag or I would include that in this post. Very dissatisfied we’re her attitude towards the patients and their caregivers.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Reynolds. Hands-down the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my entire life. He is always smiling and joking with his patients I’ve never seen him in a down mood. He talks to you and And explains things in a way that is easy to understand and comprehend for those of us that are not in the medical field. He’s very empathetic and always listens. I am very happy I found him and so glad we have someone like him out there fighting the good fight!

I’m hoping my experience was atypical, but I would never use this office again. Dr. McCarthy was a delightful and knowledgeable guy, but his staff don’t seem very happy, and the administration of my case was surprisingly poor. I arrived early for my appointment, sat in a completely empty waiting room, and was still seen a full hour past my appointment time. My meds (which I was anxious to start because I am uncomfortable) were not called in, and it took 48 hours (and a wasted trip and several calls) from the time of my appointment to get them called in. Disappointing for a place so generally appreciated by other reviewers. Could just be a bad week for them.
