Can't even make an appointment. They leave you on hold for almost 20 minutes for new patient and have left multiple messages for over a week. If this any indication how your future medical goes that is not something you want.

After I did my Endoscopy, I had a follow up appointment to discuss the results, they set an appointment for me with the doctor. On the day of the follow up appointment, a practitioner nurse came in without introducing her self to me , she started her observation of my condition!
I told the practitioner nurse that my appointment is with doctor Shafit not her, she said doctor Shaft is not working here anymore, so I went to the front desk to set up an appointment with another doctor, to my surprise they told me that all the names I mentioned are not working here anymore except Doctor Tariq and he’s taking only certain patients!
So this place is great to just do the colonoscopy and endoscopy as soon as they can get the money from the insurance company, but for following up to discuss the results you will never ever be able to see a Doctor!

So I asked them to inform the patients the right name and position about whom gonna discuss the results instead of telling patients your following up appointment with doctor Shaft and then on the day of the appointment a nurse come in !
I tried to make another appointment for discussing the results, they offered me the only practitioner nurse that I refused her service because she was not professional at her work, however, they made it very hard for me to choose another one for no reason. Then when I insisted that I don’t want that specific nurse, they accepted finally to set an appointment with another one and because they were upset with making that happen, they told me literally “ just to let you know that this appointment is not with the nurse that you refused her service, But all other upcoming appointments will be with her” !!!!

The front desk is really terrible. And the reason this place is terrible and they think it is okay to act like that is that they depend on the patients that doesn’t speak English and need translation . These patients accept any kind of treatment and bad attitude from the front desk due to their lack of knowing their rights.
