Excellent Experience!! I took a special needs person to them for a broken tooth removal. The entire Team was very kind and understanding with him. Dr Ferrara was extremely professional and experienced. He explained everything he was doing to put everyone at ease. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ferrara and his team were amazing!!! From check in to check out. I went in yesterday 1/27/25 and I did have a previous visit to get a tooth extracted. The team on both occasions were really nice and answered any questions I may have had. It definitely helped with all my nervous jitters. I will recommend anyone to go and see Dr. Ferrara and his team it was worth the drive from East Atlanta.

I’m very happy with the care & service that I received, I was very nervous with this being my first dental procedure. However, all of the staff was very kind & considerate and understanding. When the dentist came in he was thorough in explaining what to expect etc. I felt a small pinch in my hand from the needle was the last thing I can recall and I woke up and it was all over wisdom teeth were gone. I would definitely recommend Southern Oral Surgery as a great place if you require an oral surgeon.

This was a caring experience from start to finish. The dentist made the process very calming and explained every step of the process what to expect. The staff was professional and responded in a timely manner to all concerns. I had no problems at all. No pain and I am definitely using this office agin if I have to do this procedure again. I am a person who is so terrified of Dentist so I googled a few places but this one stood out when I read the Reviews,and when I got there I was so scared but the whole staff made me feel so safe and comfortable. So I went ahead and got my wisdom tooth pulled and I didn’t feel a thing.He talked to me through it all and I knew I was in good hands,He was totally Awesome as well as the Staff! I done told everyone about this place,I was so Happy when I left!

Went here on Wednesday ( September 17) at 11:40 am..for a consultation for getting my Wisdom teeth removal pretty soon. The staff was very friendly and helpful of explaining the procedure and overall cost. Very clean and professional. Easy to locate and plenty of parking. Quick check -in and out process.

My encounter with Dr Ferrara was great. I didn't feel rushed. He consulted with me and my general dentist before doing any work on me. I appreciated his professionalism and care because I was extremely nervous about my procedure. He briefly explained everything he was doing as he went along. His staff was super nice and accomodating as well. They even adjusted the temperature because I was cold. (What office does that?!) The bottom line is I'm glad that procedure is OVER, but they made is easy!
